The entire hotel is extremely spacious, luxurious and sophisticated in design. It's clean and the customer service is great. The room is spacious compared to the price. The cafe bar in the lobby is reasonably priced and delicious. You can easily go to amusement parks and safaris using the hotel's free bus. You are sure to have a comfortable stay.

Room was really big and nice. Huge bathroom. Had a few problems with room but all were resolved. Staff at reception were very helpful. Housekeeping was a bit slack and hadn't completed tasks all days. They also threw out a reuseable water bottle I left on the desk (all other recylecable bottles had been placed in the bin) which was strange. Make sure you don't leave anything out that you don't want thrown out. The pool was closed for renovation but had access to pool at Radisson which was fine. Beach also very nice but the Sunset bar closes at sunset! The breakfast buffet was not very good for the price you pay. If breakfast is included in your room cost it is probably find to find enough food but I would not recommend paying extra. The other dining options in the hotel are limited but there are other places and GrandWorld nearby to eat.

Love this hotel! I definitely will book again for my future trip! This hotel even send me birthday cake and birthday card, so warm ❤️ and there is complimentary airport transfer service, which save your taxi fares. and shutter bus for certain attraction point like safari, vinwonders, grand world.. all these super near. The hotel has their own beach and swimming pool, super nice, service super good! Highly recommended! Price is reasonable!! Grand world view omg, love it!

This resort I stayed b4 as Corona. The breakfast used to be very tasty. However this trip quality dripped a lot. Anyway free bus available everywhere. Still good to stay. Casino cannot make it as never win lol.

Really not acceptable for the hotel allow people to smoke at swimming pool area. The channel reception of the television is very poor. Having tv but nothing can watch. Having torch 🔦 but not for emergency lighting, The reply from the reception is torch just for decoration, Suprise !!

The rooms is cleans and nice. Buffet breakfast is nice and a lot of varieties to choose from. There are also shuttles bus to few places. Will come back again.

Friendly and supportive staff. Hotel offers free shuttle bus airport transfer. Nice and cozy room with balcony can watch fireworks every night. Affordable price, great experience
