Beautiful location, with sandy beaches on both sides, shallow sea perfect for young kids. Swimmingpool can be improved, doesn’t really invite you to enter, and there are many relatively small pools not really connected, so to move from one to another you need to go out, do stairs, etc… Restaurants are good, from breakfast to dinner, and the different bars offer variety of juices, smoothies, well done. Service is good in general, everybody kind and helpful. Buggy service could/should be faster and more precise: sometimes they told us to go out that the buggy would come in 3 minutes, and we had to wait like 15. All in all, a very nice resort and an experience worth repeating!

We chose this resort because it provide the relaxing environment for us, Fancy, Comfortable are the words I can describe for this resort. Also, the staff have a good training in the resort. Polite and enthusiasm. Especially when we stayed in the Morning buffet of restaurant, Miss Julie always concerned our experience of accommodation. Thank you for your warming hospitality! The resort is really nice!

Amazing family stay, the staff were extremely helpful, super nice villa.

I traveled to Bãi Khem, Phu Quoc in February and liked it so much that I visited again after 3 weeks. I was a bit concerned about Premier Village because I thought it was a just calm resort better suited for large families rather than couples. But in conclusion, it was a very fun and active resort. The moment I entered the beachfront pool villa, which is located 1 minute away from the swing bar and the boat dock that runs free of charge from the resort's private beach to Sunset Town, I was amazed by the refreshing sea view. The private pool was clean and spacious, and the rooms on the second floor were in excellent condition. It was good. Even though both the 1st and 2nd floors have large ceilings, the air conditioner was strong enough to make it cold. It was convenient to have a refrigerator as well as ice in the freezer and a water purifier. What was great was that I could install the app using a QR code and immediately convey my requests through a chat service, so buggy and water bus reservations and room service were all convenient. In particular, the pretty and kind Butler ‘Mong Tuyen’ was very helpful as she helped me with many things. (I was having trouble working because I left out my laptop cable accessory, but she even found an electronics store on Phu Quoc Island where I could buy a connection cable~) Corallo Restaurant didn't have much on the menu, but every single one of them was delicious. The best moment was having beer and a Wagyu burger at Swing Bar, boarding a boat reserved for 8pm at the dock right next door, arriving at Sunset Town in the pleasant night breeze, watching the fireworks, and returning. It was so fantastic that there was an accommodation 1 minute away from the dock where we arrived by boat after playing to our heart's content. The eastern sea has clear water, lots of cute fish, and a wide sea where you can ride a paddle boat. The King's Well, which is steeped in legend, is actually a place where the sea and a sacred freshwater well are connected. It was nice to come here and get a lot of energy. We plan to visit again!

Super week at the Premier village. After an initial mixup with the booking we enjoyed a really nice stay at the resort. Friendly helpful staff, tasty fresh food with a wide variety of choices.

Location is amazing for the ocean wide view

Overall an excellent resort with luxury facilities, excellent beaches and friendly staff! The villas are also well-equipped! Highly recommend this option!

The resort is situated in a beautiful location, surrounded by breathtaking scenery, and the facilities are great for families. Only thing is that the resort is far away (40-60mins drive) from the key activities on the island, e.g safari, casino and little Venice.

Luxurious hotel! Would love to go again but location is bad.
