Sea Star Resort recensioner

Physical aspect of the property is beautiful and relaxing (lawns, pool, beach and restaurant). However, they don’t have intercom in the rooms so nobody would call if they need anything - secondly, warm water is not available all the time. Thirdly, they have this huge resort and don’t have iron&stand. It’s doesn’t cast much, so it could be carelessness to invest to small things to make the stay better or they want you to pay the laundry to even press the shirt - even 2 star places have irons&stands. Food on their restaurant is very average, not value for money (taste-wise as well as portionsize-wise). Picture is added to show the only good thing in this place / I’d suggest booking 1-2 days max here

Nice pool and good breakfast. Not luxurious but clean and quiet place. Beach in front of the hotel. Close to the main road. Overall it was a good stay.

Amazing experience. The beach was very clean, the room was clean and comfy, the staff was amazing and breakfast delicious. We did not want to go out of the hotel :))

A superbe hôtel really well situated by the river. So clean, big rooms with a balcony and relaxing chairs. The staff was cheerful and welcoming .We had a great time. I will highly recommend this hotel. We walked by the river to the old town. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from. You can also borrow some bikes from the hotel.

Location is great. Access to the beach is a big plus. But dogs barking at night is not so good.

We stayed in a bungalow just behind the ones right on the beach. Perfect location. Lovely beach and its kept very clean. Very good buffet breakfast.

This hotel was really lovely to stay at and even had a few extra benefits for us. We got upgraded to a deluxe bungalow which had a nice patio with lounge chairs and a bit of a seaview. We were very impressed with this. The room was quite big but most of the space was taken up by the 2 huge (and super comfortable) beds. We got free drinking waters and clean towels everyday. They also made the beds and cleaned the floors. The bathroom was spacious, but the shower was nothing special. Water took some time to turn hot. On Christmas eve day they gave us a cute little cake saying "Merry Christmas". So sweet! The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was much more than what we expected. Great options for any kind of eater. And seating right on the beach! We were able to rent scooters from the hotel for VND150000 a day. The pool is huge and was very clean. The hotel has private lounge chairs on the beach right in front of it. There's also a little beach bar. The location is great! Also very close to other nice beachfront restaurants. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. We were super happy and comfortable.

For the price and the location, the hotel perfectly met all my needs! highly recommend for anyone who is looking for value for money! the room was extremely clean, the bed was wonderfully comfortable and the hotel had the best beach on the strip with daily free change of beach towels. The hotel does not offer any lunch or dinner, but you can find great restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. The hotel front desk can also help you book tours and all the tour buses can pick-up from the hotel lobby so it's really convenient.

Request for double bed did not fulfilled, but other services is really good.

Efficient staff. Great location with many good restaurants around. Beach started being cleaned after guests requests which made everything better as there is always - unfortunately - lots of trash in the morning and in the afternoon. Rooms are clean and quiet. Late check-out for a fee per hour stayed longer. Good breakfast.

I would stay at this hotel again. The cottages are a little old but they are nice. The gardens are also very well-kept. The pool and breakfast were both adequate. The resort has direct access to the beach which is nice, but the waves are quite strong. There is also a beach bar just next to the resort.
