It’s a very good hotel with nice village at nice location, the service provided by the staffs is amazingly good which is really over my expectations, special thank to Ms Tran My Tien who had provided remarkable help during our stay. Highly recommended especially for family travelers. The only thing needs to be improved probably is the breakfast buffet which would need to offer more variety for selection.

This place is comfy and efficient with full services. The view for those who want to watch sunset. Highly recommend this place. ‘Cường’ - the receptionist was friendly, helpful, and supportive during my visit, thank you!

This is the second time I have returned to book a room at the Villa. But it was an extremely bad experience. Unlike last time, the staff were extremely friendly. This time there were some staff with extremely bad service attitudes. By the way, each apartment we stayed in was provided with 2 350ml bottles of water for the whole day. But I returned to the villa late. and didn't know that the refrigerator in the room was just for decoration. There is no additional water charge. Then I called the front desk. to ask for more water for us. and I made it clear that I could pay the extra fee. but he replied that . The bar is closed and water cannot be supplied.😌 Which means I have to accept not drinking water until morning and wait for them to provide new free water. 🤣 I met directly and discussed this with the manager. and she apologized. but I think it's necessary to give an honest review of this bad experience. so you know that. How has your service deteriorated 😌

Tran was very patient and professional, she clarified everything well and arranged for a quiet room. The hotel was near the airport, easier to find.

非常不推薦的度假村！樣樣要加錢！為了這個沙灘而訂的villa結果非常失望。 我們訂的是4房的villa，多出的3個小孩 每人要加450,000越南盾for住宿和早餐也算了。 預訂頁面寫着有4張single，2張queen，1張kingbed，到那裡衹有6張single&1張kingbed。和前台説了非常非常久最後給的答覆是trip.com寫的是錯誤，要另外加床的話又要加錢。。。最後free了一張像木板的床🌚 度假村裡衹有一家餐廳，沒有任何mart，所以食物貴是肯定的，但7點之後你看不到其他人好像住在荒廢區。。room service到房間的餐也不好吃😂 唯一服務好的衹有接待車來回接送😀 早餐不好吃，選擇少，服務人員非常沒禮貌，還沒用餐結束直接收掉碟子不止一次，連續兩天都這樣。
