Novotel Phu Quoc Resort recensioner

Bra ställe att bo i Phu Quoc! Frukosten var utsökt, och de bytte rätter nästan varje morgon. Vi stannade där i 6 dagar och ångrade att vi inte stannade längre.

Similar to other resort, it has pool and beach but the best thing It is located near a night market with lots of restaurants, spa and street food.

Let's say it's a 5* budget hotel, especially regarding the food quality and how they treat the food, e.g. you are eating salads or fruits...there is always a taste which doesn't belongs to the food. Last time I good diarrhea on vacation was 2016 in Veracruz Mexico, now I experienced again with sickness. When you want to stay here, overall I can recommend it, but try to avoid salads with cold (not well done cooked chicken meat) or just avoid all what is not cooked, then it's worth a stay. Location great, equipment, friendly staff...

Nice location, it is nearby the night market. The pools are great and the sunset was amazing. We loved to stay here.

Room was ok in general but some of the fittings didn’t make sense—electrical outlet right next to the sink, clothes hooks set really high up, small shower partition so the bathroom floor would get very wet and slippery. Not child friendly. Our room had a great view, the pools and beach were amazing, and hotel is right across from a night market with lots of food choices.

We had an amazing stay with friendly, helpful staff. The venue is perfect, and we will book at Novotel again. Thank you.

Overall impression is very good. All staff is very nice. Breakfast is great. Many choice of food with good quality. I will recommend my friends to come

WiFi not stable. Receptionist's service is just so so. But the hotel location is great, just cross the road, there is night market, very convenient.

We had a terrible experience on the third day.We had a plan to play golf in the morning,and we had to wake up in 5:30.Breakfast is indeed a necessity to cope with the intense activity,so we arrived to the lobby’s restaurant at 6:00.A man called David,who said he’s the night manager,said the breakfast would be only opened at 6:30.This is truly ridiculous,all we want is to eat a little thing to stay energetic to play in the morning,this guy,with a bad attitude,insist the food would be allowed only on 6:30.I don’t get it at all,we’re not looking for trouble,we just want to eat a little,even a bread,an egg.All the food were on the table, and the waiters were all prepared,and this guy,David,still did not allow.I don’t understand why your hotel’s manage is such inflexible,I believe we’re not the only costumer who needs to play golf or whatever in the early morning,and all we need is to eat a little.We provide the same money like the others,and now we can’t even eat a single bread.I have been to intercontinental hotel,and I’m telling you, this is the worst hotel I’ve ever had lived,since we couldn’t eat a single thing.In addition,while waiting for our taxi,this guy David closed all the lights.Such a bad attitude is definitely the worst feeling I had in my trip,I would never recommend others to live.If you can’t satisfy your costumers,only confine costumers with regulations and bad attitude,no one would ever revisit.

I am happy with all the facilities provided, including gym, swimming pool, beach and all different courses you can join. Also, I will give 10/10 on the the breakfast buffet, however, please skip the dinner buffet. It is not good.

There is now shuttle bus to activities such as cable car, vinworld, grand world, but have service bus and it’s free Hotel has tennis, bicycles, children room, 2 swimming pools and own places in the beach, breakfast was very good, everyday not same soups and salads We have stayed at family villa, condition is working, even has fence additional

Hotel was great. Service was awesome. I would have preferred more vegetarian options for breakfast. But overall experience was great.
