Rummet med havsutsikt är fantastiskt Maten och servicen är super bra Tur det med fin blå himmel och strand Absolut ett bra ställe att koppla av, särskilt om det är dåligt väder och faciliteterna är tillräckligt bra för att du ska kunna spendera hela dagen

Hotellet är enormt och rummet är trevligt och rent. Poolen är underbar och stranden... 😍 värt för pengarna

Älskar detta hotell. Det finns dock en fråga. Det medföljande gratis vattnet kommer i glasflaskor. Vi reser med barn. Och vi råkar bryta en på grund av barn i rummet. Och utanför, vi måste betala en straffavgift.

5 perfect days in here. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and tidy room. Free access in cildren daycare every day from 9am-6pm, free chocolate hour every day from 3.30pm-4.30pm and free airport pick up/ transfer.The chocolate and cheese cake is so delicious. There are more than 5 ice cream flavours to buy. I bought vanilla and matcha. Both were so good! I am requested to get a room and a beautiful sunset view to celebrate my anniversary but wasn't expected to be fulfilled with warm greetings via wish card, a romantic swan towel and roses deco on bed, and there was a surprise of a delicious chocolate mousse cake too in the chiller! Iron and iron board upon request. The hotel provide a tote bag to use for free along the stay. I have tried their signature coffee. I like it. So refreshing! Hotel also provide a water cooler on the ground floor to refill a drinking water. I am also use their laundry service and satisfied with the service provided. The hotel has a universal plug, and therefore you don't need an external adapter. Btw, the hotel will charge you a deposit VND1million/day and i paid for VND4millions for 5D4N using wise card. The money will be refund less than an hour after check out. I am suggested to use wise card rather than use credit card that will take 7-10days to refund the money. This hotel is not halal because the breakfast provided is mixed with non-halal food. Our only food choice is boiled eggs. maybe the hotel can separate halal food because there are some foreign tourists from other countries who also have problems eating breakfast. Overall, we were satisfied staying here and fully recommended.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. A lot of attention on details like afternoon break and kids corner at the morning buffet.

service and experience at this hotel was so good on my first time that i extended 2 more nights! always a pleasure to stay here with great amenities and super accommodating staff. beach bar was clean and affordable menu prices too! will be back!

We spent five nights here, and definitely will comeback. First we arrived earlier than the check-in time so they gave us towel card to spend time at the pool and beach area their pool and beach area is amazing the private beach has enough space for everyone pool also huge with restaurants (they said we can also do the same thing after check out if we need wait for our flight time) The breakfast was soooooo AMAZING so many options, my favorite there was their noodles bar with different kinds of noodles every morning I was there 🤩 I requested for high floor and I got the top floor 😍great view with the ocean and the forest 🌳 the room is spacious and clean, tub is huge and they got everything I needed. Their chocolate hour is a bit busy but not too bad, everyone can enjoy. The staff was helpful and friendly. People sometimes complain about food options from the restaurant and how remote the hotel is, we have no problem with that we usually grab to eat and watch Netflix in the room, also there is a really good restaurant and convenience store at the main gate you can go back and forth with the buggy, for getting around the island we use grab and it really affordable 👍🏼

Would not recommend. Not 5* at all. Dusty room, lazy housekeeping. Horrible customer service. None of the staff speaks good enough English. MAKE SURE TO CHECK ALL RECEIPT SIGN!!! They have scammed us into paying for a buffet package when we only had 2 drinks at the rooftop bar. They refuse to correct the mistake saying they can not "refund" and to give us the "complimentary" packages. How is it complimentary when you've taken a charged and are forcing us to partake. Aircon is actually controlled outside of the room even though there is a thermostat in room. Breakfast is disappointing for an apparent 5*. They make you download what they call app concierge, which means any requests can be done via the app. We requested ice, 45 minutes later still no ice. Will not be staying at any other Movenpick again. Refer to photos below, what 5* makes you pay for a broken glass bottle? Screams milking guest for every penny.

The hotel was stunning! We book the room on the sea side and the sunsets from our balcony were just incredible. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they truly showed us the amazing Vietnamese hospitality!

Room was clean. Hotel is huge and beach was very nice, just right in the hotel. Breakfast was great and filling. Highly recommended. Just that the location was in the middle of town and grandworld. Free bus from town and buggy to send and fetch you at the main gate with timing.

It was a phenomenal experience from the moment of entering to check out. The staff very friendly,along things very convenient. The beach was well kept with warm waters and great views from the lounge chair.

Is a wonderful place to travel and enjoy, the cable car is a must try experience

One of the best beach resort stays till date. It's quite upscale and well maintained. Free chocolate hour and weekend pool foam party were the best memories for me. Beach is excellent
