Sailing Hotel recensioner

It is a quiet little hotel, located on the main street. Lots of restaurants and small shops around. The price was cheap, but the hotel turned out to be much better than I expected for this money. The beach is a ten minutes walk away (definitely not the best beach in Phu Quoc!) They upgraded my room to some Family type with two big beds and a huge terrace. It was very spacious and had both mountain and sea views from different windows which was absolutely amazing! I only wish there were some chairs on the terrace. I saw some of their other rooms and they looked quite big too. The hotel is not new, but very clean with a fresh coat of paint on the walls. The bedding had some stains on it, but not that bad. In general, it was a pleasant stay

I stayed at Sailing Hotel for 2 nights, and overall, it was an average experience. Nothing particularly wowed me, but it was decent for the price. On the downside, the elevator wasn’t working on my last day, which meant I had to carry my bags down the stairs—kind of a hassle. The hotel does offer motorbike rentals, which was a nice convenience for getting around. Location-wise, it's great—walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops, and the beach, so you can easily explore the area. However, cleanliness could definitely be improved, and I was disappointed to find that there wasn’t really any soap or shampoo provided in the room. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option with a central location, this place might work, but don't expect anything too special.

The reception staff are very nice and kind. Thank you very much for helping to resolve all issues. Advice to the hotel to improve service: 1). Putting water for sale in the room is somehow strange, especially without indicating the price. It would be better to place things for sale at the reception and indicate the price. If the price of water was the same as in stores or slightly higher, I would buy water from you, but doubling the price is too much! 2). Please clean the filters in the air conditioners at least once every six months, this is not difficult (watch the instructions on youtube). I could not use the air conditioner because it was very dirty and the filters had never been cleaned. It is simply harmful and dangerous to breathe such dirty conditioned air. 3). Ask the cleaning lady not to wipe with a dirty rag what already looks clean. I was shocked when the cleaning lady started wiping all the surfaces in the room, including the toilet, with one rag. To clean, you just need to change the towels, add water and toilet paper, take out the trash and wash the floor. You don't need to do anything else. 4). Please make at least one hook to hang a towel in the bathroom. 5). The closets in the room need a general cleaning: all the closets smell very bad. 6). Please buy trash bags. It's not normal that there aren't any!

Good location in the central of the city. It's clean, but little bit old.

overall good and beautiful room, stuff explained that green water is free and red is with a fee, in the end everything is the opposite, so i got scammed a little next to green bus stop, although next to the road, is not noisy

Hotel requested for us to cancel due to overbooking. We did not stay here and it caused my family the stress of last minute looking for a new hotel.

Great hotel with amazing location - very close to the bus stop, shops, restaurants and the beach. Despite being close to the main road, the hotel has pretty good noise insulation, so it was very quiet in my room. The room itself was spacious with large desk comfortable for working remotely. Will definitely stay here again.

Местоположение очень удачное рядом с остановкой автобуса! До пляжа можно быстро дойти, если от выхода из отеля сразу свернуть налево. Через ресторан лестница и проход к морю. Но мне там море не понравилось, много людей и сточных труб. На автобусе пять минут от центра и уже начинается более приятный пляж. Очень интересное здание само по себе, очень понравилась комната. Светло, хорошая звукоизоляция и в целом даже с открытым окном было тихо ночью. Из окна видно море. Отдельно отмечу наличие отличного большого рабочего стола. Хороший вай-фай. Кондиционер тихий, комфортный. В ванной поначалу был не очень хороший напор, но горячая вода была. Буквально перед моим отъездом что-то починили и стало очень хорошо, идеально! Ванная просторная, душ отделен перегородкой и не заливает пол. Немного не хватает каких-то крючков в ванной чтобы повесить одежду и полотенца, нет держателя туалетной бумаги. Телевизор не очень хорошо показывает, с помехами и только местные каналы, использовался перед сном для вечернего освещения комнаты и выключения этого освещения с пульта. У кровати есть выключатель потолочного света, но такой свет слишком яркий. Мало розеток и провод чайника дотягивается только у кровати, но я вожу с собой удлинитель, мне ок. Хозяева добродушные. Язык жестов и гугл-переводчик, но с улыбкой и действительно желанием оставить хорошее впечатление о пребывании. Так что вернуться сюда хочется. Все понравилось, спасибо!

Напротив автобусной остановки. Из аэропорта 17 автобус, ходит часто. Из порта проще на такси. Номер просторный, светлый, чистый. Холодильник, телевизор. Чайник дали. Воду приносили каждый день. Уборка ежедневная. Из минусов: нет держателя для туалетной бумаги, нет полочки для геля/шампуня, приходилось все складывать на унитазе(( Нет места куда повесить мокрое белье и полотенце, тк в ванной очень влажно. Пододеяльник дырявый.
