Svar från boendet: Dear Mr.Yogi BhattWe are so thank you for choosing our resort and writing 3 reviews ( same ) for us. We are very respect of our guests and We always provide a service that is second to none for our guest. Are you sure that you tell the truth 100%?- When you check in and check out ( 2 times ) maybe we don't have bellboy but we have 2 man help you carry all your luggage. It seem that you do not remember it. You only remember everyday after check in date you buy some stuffs and you suggest that our staff have to bring it go your room by crooking a finger at our receptionist ( no talk ). That's right like you tell we are a hotel/resort we will take care you no matter what you are. But please act like a gentleman!- About our restaurant, at that time our restaurant is opening and serving a lot of guest. If you order food at our restaurant you can use it, we will take care you. What's fun! you buy food outside and require our staff at restaurant treat you like a distinguished guests ( reheat your food , take out your food on the plastic bag, serving food in the bowl,... ) . You think we are wrong and lack of experience when we don't agree guest bring outside food go to our restaurant and you're super right person because you bring outside food into restaurant and don't agree charge service fee, maybe you are not a business man. We think It's a normal policy all the world. Many staffs try to explain you, If you are a pure vegetarian we have menu for vegetarian, on case you don't like , you can order food outside and use at your room. We are so sorry, but we know our guest will understand this matter and sympathize for us. Once again, Many thanks for just booking 1 night and expand 2 more nights.
