I had a wonderful time at Vinholidays Fiesta—great atmosphere, friendly people, and the perfect mix of relaxation and celebration. It was an experience full of vibrant energy and unforgettable moments.

Room is very big and clean. Location is super close to the tourist center that just walk around 5 minutes. Breakfast is so good. Worth to stay!

My stay at Vinholidays Fiesta Phu Quoc was fun-packed. The resort offered a good balance of comfort and activities, making it ideal for families. While the pools were well-maintained and scenic. The rooms was spacious and clean, with modern decor. Amenities like Wi-Fi worked well. Staff were friendly and check-in went smoothly. The resort’s location was convenient for attractions, with easy access to VinWonders/Safari/Grand World via [shuttle/taxi]. I’d rate it 8/10—worth it for budget traveler’s but could improve on more optional of halal food for muslim travellers like us.

This hotel badly needs redecorating. The rooms are cramped, and the furniture is old-fashioned and tatty. My room had 2 3 feet single beds, although it really was only a single room. I would have preferred a single bed and more space. Also, it hadn’t been cleaned properly: the carpet was dusty, and the desk was stained. It also overlooked a noisy swimming pool bar. On top of that, the hotel was also understaffed, so service was really slow. Having said that, it’s cheap and in a convenient, location is in Grand World.

The location is awesome. It was right in front of Grand World (Venice like destination) and not too far to Safari, Aquarium, and VinWnders (theme park) Standard facilities are well equipped and in good use. The swimming pool is great (big, clean with clear water). Moreover, there's a life guard nearby the pool. Buffet restaurant is great with lots of food choice to choose from. The staff managed the queue at morning buffet so well with the camera that can track face scan of the hotel customers. I wish there's cleaning staff walking on every floor once in a while to check whether there's trash/garbage along the hallway.

The hotel is clean and the location is good. Walking distance to the grand world. We were traveling with families and elderly, we will recommend you to find the buddy service. There are many buggy services that can provide u with a tour around the grand world and send u back to the hotel.

very clean, good service, friendly. air conditioning is too noisy. They said they had airport pick-up service but there was none, we took a public bus. breakfast was ok. Cheap but good service

Very popular hotel with high occupancy, as evidenced by the huge crowd almost daily during breakfast hours (6.30 to 10.30 am). Peak hours is around 8 to 9.30 am, near impossible to find vacant seats, even though seating capacity is pretty large in the restaurant. Breakfast spread is substantial and is replenished regularly but the hot dishes (slightly different daily) are not really tasty/delicious. The usual staples are better, eg bread, ham/bacon, eggs, salad and fruits. Coffee is not great, I took a few sips and didn’t want it anymore. Pool is huge and reasonably clean but there are some missing mosaic tiles on parts of the pool wall which should have been better maintained. You can watch fireworks on Saturdays if you stay in a pool-facing room on a high floor. Rooms on the same side as the main entrance face trees and nothing else (fine for people who prefer greenery). The rooms on the other remaining sides either have partial sea-views or partial view of Grandworld/open field. The room itself is very plain looking - adding some decorations (eg hang some paintings/posters or place a couple of attractive cushions) would have enhanced the interior design. Overall, I’m pleased with my hotel choice – strong points: location, cleanliness, facilities and services are very good and it is excellent value if you get a good room rate in your booking.
