Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc Starbay, an IHG Hotel recensioner

The location is super, only a few mins to Grand World by Grab or shuttle bus. Around 10 mins to Safari, 7 mins to Vinwonders. The staff are very helpful. Breakfast with lots of choices. The pool is not bug, but with a private beach. My family enjoys staying here.

The email to hotel didn’t seems useful as they couldn’t answer my questions about the reservation of the free airport shuttle bus.. however on the actual day when I called them, they helped to assist me in the best possible way they can. Note: the immigration took almost 1 hour and this is in Mar .. not too sure if it is a peak season.. so as to plan the timing in case anyone wants to catch the free bus shuttle to hotel

Fantastic place to stay and spend vacation. Terrific private beach, facing the ocean. Waters are calm and clean. A wonderful place to relax and swim. There are other facilities including nicely designed swimming pools, ideals for families with kids. The buffet breakfast is filled with tantalising good foods and delicacies. And you won’t be disappointed. Room is perfectly kept and maintained. Overall, it offered us a marvellous place to spend our vacation.

This is my 2nd time stay here, same as the 1st stay everything is graat! Worth for what I paid, swimming pool not big but good for kids, hotel is elegant a d modern, if I come back to this island again, I would love to stay here again!

Room is spacious even with an extra bed for my kid, and comfortable. Only inconvenience is the transparent shower room for my kid at 13. Excellent sea view with sunset and we had nice afternoon at the balcony. Breakfast variety is good.

The hotel staff treat welcoming. The beach was stunning and perfectly clean. Breakfast was served with a wide varieties of food and drink. Free Hotel Shuttle bus was available from and to Grand world.

The overall experience is very satisfying, staff are friendly, very close to the beach, will definitely visit again. The only problem is that too many geckos around the balcony at night, that was quite noisy.

Spacious and generous range of amenity offered in room. Nice environment, pool and breakfast area. I booked the room early and managed to have a good rate of around USD120/ night. Definitely value for money for this hotel.

The hotel is located in a good area, close to the Grand World, safari and Vinwonders. The beach and swimming pool are very beautiful. The service is good. Must reserve the room facing the beach which gives you an amazing view. Breakfast is excellent with so many choices.

Value for money hotel. All staff are friendly except the receptionist. The reception is the face of the hotel but this hotel has a serious problem with its face. Robot-like attitude
