Old but gold hotel. Perfect location on the beach in Phu Quoc! Rooms in the main building are spacious and really outdated but still good value for the money. Relaxed and chilled atmosphere!

This was second time in the hotel. One year ago we booked bungalow, now it was standard room. But every our staying here is amazing. Highly recommended!

Place has very pretty beach, grounds are nice. My bungalow had problem with drainage system.

The hotel is well located, there are several good cafes, a great spa and a small shop nearby. There is also a laundry. The hotel itself is old, but everything you need is there. The pool is a bit dirty. There is a private beach and this is definitely a plus. There are enough sun loungers for everyone.

The hotel is decent overall. The grounds are clean, green, and compact. The bungalow is tidy and has enough space for two people. However, the hotel itself is not new, and the furniture shows signs of wear. The weakest aspect of the hotel is the breakfast. There are not many options, but it’s sufficient for a 3-4 day stay. Unfortunately, the food is low-quality and not very appealing. We preferred to eat outside, where there are several other places that offer better breakfasts. Overall, I would rate the hotel as a strong 3+. It’s a suitable place for an overnight stay, but not much more than that.

The hotel is in a good location. The breakfast was also good, a nice combination of Asian and Western food. The rooms are old but well maintained. I'll be back!

I had an amazing stay at Tropicana Resort in Phu Quoc! The service was top-notch, and the breakfast options were not only delicious but offered a wide variety to suit every taste. My room was clean and spacious, with an amazing view, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The large pool was a great way to unwind, and having access to a private beach was a huge bonus. Free sunbeds and towel services were provided, and it was fantastic to be able to order food and drinks directly at the beach. The only downside was the lack of control over the beach beds. I noticed that some guests were leaving their items on the beds early in the morning or even overnight to reserve them, but would only return many hours later. This was really frustrating, as it prevented other guests from using the sunbeds. It would be great if the resort could implement a system to limit bed reservations to, say, 2-3 hours, allowing guests to enjoy the beach, go for lunch, or get a massage, while ensuring everyone gets a fair chance at the beds. I stayed for 5 days and was only able to use a sunbed once, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the resort was wonderful, but improving this small issue would make it even better. Still, highly recommend for a relaxing and luxurious stay!

The hotel is good with very nice beach. Staff are very nice and helpful. There are restaurants and spa near the hotel. 10mins walk to King Kong Mart which make is convenient for most of the time. Room a bit smelly of old woods and mouldy. Pool needs to be clean more frequently as there are always some insects in it. But so far we enjoy our vacation here.

Absolutely a beautiful resort to stay quiet very clean comfortable rooms huge bed very friendly helpful staff thankyou Kenny  and Jessica for making my stay amazing :)) close to everything you need within short walk restaurants shopping.

Amazing hidden gem of a hotel. Great Service, great staff, beautiful pool, private beach, massage on the beach service all at very reasonable prices. A great lobby service gal, named Dung (pronounced Dzuung…) with a smile that is so Big, she literally melted my heart. She was very helpful with all my needs. One suggestion for hotel management. Please reduce plastic waste, by eliminating daily “shampoo” and “body gel” little bottles. Please replace them with large individual, refillable dispensers. Be kind to our environment.

for 3 stars it's ok, but keys should be given out according to the number of guests and not 1 for all.

At first they offered us the wrong room. We noticed the issue and complained. Reception solved the problem. Location is great and breakfast is good.

Where do I start…..The shower water is very cold ,every time I took a shower I had to leave the shower on for at least 15 minutes to get some warm water .The roof of the room was leaking whenever it rained, leaving a puddle in the room…The hotel also doesn’t offer any breakfast,it says you can pay extra to get breakfast on the app but they Don’t offer any AT ALL ,so be prepared to make alternative arrangements in the morning..The staff was friendly and the location is okay if you want to be close to the beach but very far from the nicer parts of the island

Location is a bit far from the tourist spots but it’s right by the beach so it works out if you want quite time
