The Tahiti Beach Hotel recensioner

We had an unfortunate experience upon checking in. The staff informed us that the twin room we had booked was fully booked, and they could only offer us a queen or king bed. I pointed out that I had paid more for the twin room, but she insisted that the prices were the same. Eventually, she called her manager, who promised to change our room back to a twin the next day due to some air-conditioning issues. On a positive note, the hotel is in a great location, and the manager was nice and helpful. However, we encountered some issues during our stay: the bed in room 201 made a lot of noise, even with slight movements, and the TV in room 211 was not working, even after a technician came to check it.

The price is a bit high compared to similar hotels nearby. The sink in the bathroom was clogged, the water wouldn't drain. Almost every morning we found huge cockroaches in the bathroom. Otherwise everything was fine, breakfast was quite good.

A good simple hotel, nothing special, the breakfast is poor

We had booked a room through trip, when we got to the hotel they said they wanted to upgrade us and put us in the resort which was NOT an upgrade but a massive downgrade festered with large fire ants and really old furniture and broken bathroom facilities, we were lied to, laughed at and treated really poorly. The manager did make amends on the second day through a refund but the rest of the staff were horrendous. Also if you like a treat you get ants in your breakfast!

Путешествую часто. Это самый ужасный отель за последние 5 лет. Бронировали 3 номера на компанию друзей- в итоге 2 номера не предоставили, так как отель практикует «овербукинг». Каждый день наблюдал на ресепшене, как отказывают в заселении кому-то. В завершении дополнительно испортили впечатление непрозрачной схемой с такси по завышенной в 1,5 раза стоимости. Не рекомендую этот отель, в районе есть более приемлемые варианты.

Отель хороший. Удобно расположен, рядом есть магазины, кафе, такси, общественный транспорт. Семейный номер просторный, отличный вид на море и город. До моря рукой подать. На завтраке есть блюда на все вкусы, каши, супы, овощи, фрукты, рис, лапша, выпечка. Для вас приготовят блюда из яиц на ваш вкус. Ресторан на 9 этаже, с потрясающими видами. Есть бассейн, так же на 9 этаже. Из минусов тусклое освещение в ванных комнатах.

Arrived last night for a ,28 day stay. We booked a balcony poolside view. on arrival we we're told we had to change rooms from a room with one bed and view if car park to a garden view. We did book a room with 2 beds. We spent all year looking forward to this trip. So far I'm disappointed.

Hotel stay was better than we expected. Lovely, helpful staff, but little English spoken but google translate made communication good. They were finishing the pool bar/restaurant which we only got to use on the last day of our visit. Very large bedrooms with lots of storage.

This hotel has an okay pool and there is a beach nearby. These are about the only positives. Breakfast left a lot to be desired with not a great deal of choice. Staff didn’t speak to you unless they were trying to sell you a taxi that would be double the going rate on ‘grab’. Kitchen staff were more friendly/approachable. Didn’t sleep well at all either due to endless shouting and noise at all hours. This is obviously not the staffs fault but do feel they should intervene when guests are ruining other paying guests’ stays. Does seem an abundance of better hotels in the area which are even closer to the beach than this hotel. I would stay here again if I had to, but next time I’m in phu quoc I will be looking elsewhere.

My family ecently visited Tahiti Beach Hotel and was delighted by the beautiful surroundings and well-maintained facilities. However, I encountered challenges in communicating with the staff, as they seemed less friendly and not as approachable as I would have expected. Despite this, the overall experience was enjoyable due to the picturesque location and comfortable amenities.

After being let down by another company we found Tahiti hotel who gave us 3 rooms on the day, the scenery and atmosphere are brilliant, 3 restaurants all within a minute walk of the hotel and right near the high street if you fancy something different. Rooms were kept tidy and all the staff are very friendly and attentive!
