A good hotel right next to the seashore. All shops and services are within walking distance. There are rooms with balconies and a swimming pool. The disadvantages include noise at night from the road and a slow elevator.

Hotel is basic and was expensive for what it was, but was peak time. There was damp on walls and linen was not the best. There was a lift but to get to our room we had to go down and up some steps, which was not the best as we had larges bags. Asked for a porter to bring bags, but they did not have any. Not great. Shower was really old, but there was hot water which was a redemption. The hotel had a pool. but it was a plastic pool that you would have in your back garden. Not that big but the water was clean. Did not go in. The beach was very close though and there were Beach towels available from the hotel. Overall did the job but not one i would go back to if i had to.

Very disappointed. Bad service, no TV, weak WiFi, dirty towels, not changing for 3 days. Noisy. Not recommended to stay here.

Perfect location, right in the centre of Patong and 2 seconds from the beach. A little noisy as it’s literally on the main road so the noise doesn’t really stop all night but if this isn’t a concern then it’s a great hotel for location and a pool so close to the beach

Very old hotel, good location, but very noisy around, friendly staff , very small swimming pool on the roof top

An older hotel with refurbished rooms which were quite good. We had swim up room but the pool was only 1.1m deep x 7m long x 3m wide and serviced 5 rooms. Staff were very helpful and had reasonable English and of course Thai. The beach straight across the road and plenty of restaurants, massage shops, 711 etc and the beach has serviced sun lounges and umbrellas all within a 100m walk. There is also a small shaped pool on the ground floor and viewing area and small bar on the roof. All in all a 3star hotel moving to a 4 star when the refurbishment is complete.

So so bad service, the air conditioning not work , the room have so much Insects . I will not there again.

The location is nice. I don't recommend the hotel for married people. I always saw men coming. The cleaning was not bad. The pool is very bad. It has rusty irons. The leaves in the pool are not cleaned.

I changed the room after because I can’t stay anymore with noise and smell of room

It was a mere 3 star hotel per google.com. however trip.com falsely label it as 4 star. Overall it was kinda dirty hotel. Regret booking it.

I booked the hotel for my Phuket trip, but I saw the reviews and I’m super disappointed and anxious. So I immediately cancel the booking on the very day but I can’t get the refund which is so upsetting. I hope the hotel can do something about it, ungraded the environment, improve on the cleanliness and better cancelation modes (users like all of us couldn’t do much other than a cancel button). not recommended afterall, I blame myself too for not reading the reviews before making a booking.

Absolutely terrible, the garden view was a carpark, the pool was a paddling pool at best with a hole in, there was a whole In ceiling covered by a sheet it smelt feisty definitely not a 4 star, felt more like a hostel. The breakfast was terrible we ended up going out. The reception staff were helpful.
