Jag betalar för ett rum med havsutsikt, men det har inte havsutsikt

Betalade för ett delux-rum, fick ett med smutsigt bad. Det var inte som rummet jag betalade för på TRIP.COM-WEBBPLATSEN. Mycket bullrigt utan gpod wifi. Personalen är inte så hjälpsam.

Very good personal , clean rooms, nice view and safe

Very noisy room on the street, the room is old and not so clean and had mosquitos. The Thai female clerks were polite and friendly but Indian male clerks (owner?) were very rude and had no sense of courtesy or service or even hard to understand what they were saying with too heavy South Asian accent. Shops nearby are all rip-off priced including the restaurant of the hotel. Very Indian style hotel.

Nice hotel, pictures make the hotel look a lot nicer, pool area is small. But overall good hotel nice location

We checked in late to an unfriendly girl with no smile who rudely said "we are full!", we then told her we had rooms booked. After checking in we came down and were greeted by another girl that demanded our passports after we already showed them. The place was not clean, my room was loud and I would not recommend this place.

This room was far nicer than the first room we were in however the first room also said sea view…..no room in the entire hotel can be sea view. Overall disappointing. This room was mountain view it over looked waste found with a number of cockerels crowing all night!

The place is not too bad just noisy bcoz it is near the road but other than that it's all good the receptionist is so nice I like her😊

Aircon was a little shot but everything was clean and very helpful staff

Hi , I spent 3 or 4 nights here Very good location. Close to all Patong things Clean , good staff. Maybe I would return

Decent hotel for the price you pay. We booked this to mostly crash.
