Lokalerna är gamla och avloppen är igensatta. Paraplyer och strandhanddukar finns inte i rummet. Det känns som att det inte finns något. Sängkläderna är inte heller särskilt bra, lakan och täcken passar inte perfekt.

Allt jag kan säga är att du får vad du betalar för. Lokalen är stor och den tillhör ett gammalt hus som har renoverats. Men badrumsfaciliteterna är gamla och av låg kvalitet. Sängkvaliteten är mycket dålig och poolen är medelmåttig. 247 yuan inkluderar inte frukost. Om du tar med barn, lägg till 500 yuan/natt, vilket motsvarar 350 yuan/natt utan frukost. Senare bytte jag till konceptet Meidi bredvid, som inkluderar 2 frukostar för 487 yuan. Det finns ingen extrasängavgift för barn, och endast 250 frukostavgifter tas ut, vilket motsvarar 540 yuan inklusive tre frukostar. Miljön och hårdvara är mycket bättre, och priset är inte dåligt även om du inkluderar frukost.

För detta pris, om du ber mig påpeka bristerna, kan jag inte. Hela hotellet är alla familjerum, uppdelade i 7 byggnader. Det finns ett familjerum tillgängligt för 270 yuan under högsäsong, som kan sova fyra personer. Tre pooler, verkligen värt det. Alla anställda är entusiastiska, men något stela. Rummet städades mycket snabbt. Du kan röka och torka kläder på balkongen. Det finns ett kylskåp, tandborstar och två centrala luftkonditioneringar. Poolvattnet desinficeras varje dag, men det kan ses att det inte har bytts på länge. Jag är kines och såg att jag bar på en stor ryggsäck. De ordnade eftertänksamt i det innersta rummet. Jag ville kom ut och tipsa receptionen. Det tog mig fem minuter att gå ut. Jag kände att jag blev retad och såg att de skämtade, så jag lade bestämt undan mitt tips och köpte kokosjuice. Jag vill bara uttrycka att hotellet är väldigt stort och jag var lite hungrig när jag gick tillbaka till rummet efter en hel måltid. Hotellet ligger också fem minuters promenad till Kata Beach. Om du svänger höger och går i fem minuter kommer du till 7-11. Om du svänger vänster i fem minuter kommer du till en liten matståndsmarknad. Så jag gick dussintals gånger om dagen i fem minuter, inklusive att återvända till rummet. Jag hoppas att hotellpersonalen ska sluta vara så hänsynsfull och sluta reta andra. Jag tror att du kommer att gå vidare till ett nytt kapitel. När jag gick därifrån upptäckte jag att de flesta kineserna var placerade i byggnaderna 6 och 7, de närmast insidan. Jag tror att det inte var avsiktligt.

Det enda hotellet i Thailand som kräver en deposition på 3 000 per rum. Vid utcheckning stod det att det fanns blodfläckar på madrassen och jag skulle bli debiterad. Jag frågade receptionen att lakan var rena, så hur kunde blodfläckarna på madrassen orsakas av oss? Killen i receptionen sa att du kan lyfta lakanen för att smutsa ner madrassen! Det är galet!
Jag bokade ett poolrum. Mitt barn ville ta ett bad efter att ha simmat. Jag bad receptionen att hjälpa till med att byta badhandduken. De fick veta att den bara kunde bytas en gång om dagen.
Även om hotellet är prisvärt rekommenderas det inte att bo där

They asked deposit 3000thb for each room. My family big. We booked 3 rooms. On cash, we deposit 9000 thb. Well... it was super good condition to stay. So we just paid deposit. Later we got all deposit back when check out.

This was our second stay at this hotel with my family, and once again, everything was excellent! The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room at no extra cost – such a thoughtful gesture!
The room was spacious, spotless, and had a large balcony with a beautiful pool view, which made our stay even more special. I especially loved starting my mornings there with a cup of coffee – so peaceful and relaxing.
The location is perfect too – just a short 6-7-minute walk to Kata Beach, with restaurants, a 7/11, and currency exchange nearby.
We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. Looking forward to our next stay!

Great place to stay! The pool was amazing for everyone! The rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet and other food was good as well. Will be staying here again.

Positive Aspects
The hotel's location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Kata Beach. The facilities are spacious and comfortable, including a restaurant, bar, kids' club, spa, and gym, along with roomy bedrooms and bathrooms.
Negative Aspects
Unfortunately, the hospitality leaves much to be desired. Room maintenance was lacking; for instance, the showers had poor water pressure, and the temperature was difficult to control—water was either scalding hot or ice cold. While we booked two standard rooms, one was unexpectedly upgraded to a family room, which had a very comfortable mattress. In contrast, the mattress in the standard room was noticeably old and hard from overuse.
We checked in around 1 AM due to our flight arrival time. The front desk staff seemed superficially kind but were not very helpful. Although the hotel requires a cash deposit of 3,000 baht per room (which is reasonable), we were surprised to learn that credit cards were not accepted. When I inquired about this, the staff member curtly replied, "It's in the fine print of your reservation from Ctrip. You can call them to complain if you want." I admit I didn’t read the fine print, but the way it was handled was quite embarrassing.
Overall, the staff seemed primarily focused on upfront cash payments for everything and showed little regard for our comfort. The only two employees who greeted me with a smile during our entire stay were the housekeeper and a staff member promoting the dinner buffet, clearly eager to upsell. I felt unwelcome throughout my stay. After over ten years of vacationing in Thailand, this was the first time I experienced such a lack of the warm hospitality I’ve come to expect.
To the potential foreign manager of this place: Let the locals handle it the Thai way; they understand hospitality far better than you do.

Good: Pools, location
Bad: This place feels like a budget airline. From the moment we arrived, it felt like they were searching for fees. Security deposit, room card deposit, Even though we purchased a 3 bed suite, we had to pay an extra daily fee for our daughter to stay with us. We had to call them when we wanted a third towel or a third water bottle. The real problem, however, was when they claimed we stained a towel with some mysterious yellow dots and they were going to charge another 500 fee. We discovered this had happened to at least one other resident as well and others had complained of similar shadiness on other sites. I asked what made them think the yellow dot towel came from our room and they said the cleaners take photos as they collect the towels. My wife happened to be in the room when the cleaning ladies allegedly found and documented the towel, but it didn’t happen as they claimed. I also went a little overboard as a detective and studied the cleaning lady’s movements at other rooms and verified the process they claimed wasn’t true. We didn’t use the towel beyond drying off in the bathroom and I can’t fathom anyway that stain could have occurred from our use. The manager always seemed to conveniently be away when we requested to speak with him.
If they had actually found a stained towel in our room with my wife laying right there watching, it would have been the logical time to provide evidence. Unfortunately they waited 6 hours and sent a bill with a photo of some random towel with a yellow spot that had no connection with our room. Although the staff were aware of the situation and failed to provide meaningful evidence of the claim, we were still forced to pay. Perhaps they made a mistake and put the wrong room number, perhaps it is some money making scam. Regardless, I wasted multiple hours of vacation time and endured a great deal of stress trying to deal with this injustice and I hope no other customers experience the same.
Note: Trip.com was amazing in this and I am continuously impressed by their great customer service

1. The hotel staff is very low-key. We paid everything in advance and checked everything with the Chinese C-TRIP, who refused to listen to us and refused to listen, just told us to contact C-TRIP if they were paying extra rationally. After a lengthy explanation, the staff only admitted their mistake and offered no apology. It really hurt my feelings and made me a poor hotel. 2. The hotel was very old and had no cleaning or maintenance. Also, we asked for mosquito repellents because there were so many mosquitoes that we could not provide them at the hotel and, despite the fact that it was very late at night, all they had to do was take care of themselves. Our children suffered from mosquitoes all night. It was a poor hotel that provided very bad memories from the first night of the Phuket trip. I hope there will be no more victims by referring to my review. Finally, I suggest that C-TRIP, which does not take any care of anything and is only concerned with the import of intermediate fees, also reflects on itself and grows up to be a company that cares more about customers. This hotel is trash!!!

1. 호텔 복무원의 태도가 아주 저질 입니다. 우리는 중국 C-TRIP으로 모든비용을 사전에 지불하고 모두 다 확인을 하였는데, 호텔 직원들은 우리의 말을 듣지도 읺고, 들을려 하지도 않고 그저 알방적으로 추가비용을 지급하던지 C-TRIP에 연락을 하라고만 했었습니다. 나중에 긴 해명 끝에 호텔직원은 본인들의 실수를 인정만 했을뿐 어떠한 사과도 하지 않았습니다. 정말 기분이 상했고 저질의 호텔 입니다. 2. 호텔이 아주 노후 되었고, 청소 및 관리도 안되어있었습니다. 또한 모기가 아주 많아서 모기약을 요청하였으나, 호텔에서 제공은 불가하고, 아주늦은밤(12:00) 에도 불구하고 개인이 알아서 해결해야 된다는 답변뿐이었습니다. 저희 아이들은 밤새 모기에 시달렸습니다. 푸켓여행의 첫날밤 부터 아주 나쁜 추억을 제공한 저질의 호텔이었습니다. 제 리뷰를 참조하여 더이상의 추가 피해자가 발생 하지 않았으면 합니다. 끝으로 어떠한 관리도 하지 않고 단지 중간 수수료 수입에만 관심있는 C-TRIP또한 반성하고 보다더 고객을 진심으로 생각하는 회사로 성장하길 건의 합니다. 이 호텔은 정말 쓰레기 입니다!!!

The location spot is overcrowded. The hotel is full with busloaders, cheap organized groups. Personal is trying to do their’s best except of reception girls: they are straight forward and not too polite. On my checkout, I had no time because of long drive to the airport, but they forced me to wait 10 minutes until someone will check my room - in case i snaffled something. ;-))
