Bra läge. Jag hade ett rum utan balkong, det var bättre att ta ett med balkong. Möblerna i rummet är trasiga, det finns Wi-Fi, luftkonditioneringen fungerar.

Folkhälsan är okej, men rummet luktar när man går in, och möblerna i rummet är enkla och gamla Det är lite ruttet, som om det hämtats från andrahandsmarknaden. Det finns nästan ingenting utrustat, jag är verkligen mållös och huspriset är inte lågt.

The guesthouse is located in the outskirt of the night market, which is quieter and convenient. The owner of the guesthouse is helpful and responsive in handling our enquiries. The balcony of the room is huge.

Clean and functional. The owner is super nice (also her baby is super cute ＜3). Let me check in early and was overall very helpful. The amenities are quite old and needs an upgrade though. Overall good stay!

It is very cheap cost and reasonable price for the room of this hotel. I believe that if you visit here for sleep during the night, you will enjoy yourself with the quiet room with basic accessories.
If you prefer to burn the midnight oil, you can walk along the walking street that it is not far from the hotel, or you can chill out along the Patong beach about 0.8 mile from the hotel.
Even though Istay at the fifth floor without any elevator, but it is not my problem to walk upstairs. At the terrace of the I can see around the good point views from my room, it is perfect for me and my son to stay here for a couple nights.
And I can park my rented car in front of the hotel, and I like to walk along the street, and I like to buy some food and drink at the 7-Eleven at the begining of the Soi of the hotel is taked place.

Отель не свежий, хотелось бы чтобы лучше мыли полы и протирали пыль.
Единственный плюс — чистое постельное белье и полотенца.
Жесткий матрас скорее плюс, чем минус
Бюджетный, на несколько ночей нормально

Действительно нормальный вариант за такую цену, дешевле наверное и нет с такими же условиями, удобное расположение. Мебель выглядит старой, ночью стены и крыша очень скрипят от ветра, много комаров. Горничная зачем-то положила мусорный пакет в раковину, надеюсь просто забыла. Женщина на ресепшене такая недовольная, что потом страшно её лишний раз встретить, желаю ей расслабиться и быть счастливее. Встретил геккона, они никаких проблем не доставляют, но вот крысы… видел за всё время проживания две крысы, ночью шуршали в мусоре и немного этим мешали спать. В общем на пару ночей остановиться можно, действительно дешево, но гостинице нужен ремонт

追求24小時五星服務的就別住了，但是對於一個落腳點來説很不錯，至少我住的房間挺乾淨的 ，老闆也會提供洗髮水和礦泉水啥的，性價比在芭東估計數一數二了

Интернет слабо тянет, видео звонки только на первом этаже(вайфай на первом этаже лучше, чем на других) очень не понравилось, что вечером закрывают зону лобби с двух сторон. Хотелось сидеть с комфортом и общаться с родными на диванчике, а не на улице на деревянной скамейке. В номере было нормально и даже красивый вид с балкона. После уборки не оставили в номере воду. Пришлось ходить и просить её каждый день. И да, просто безумно неудобное крепление душевой лейки! Оно должно быть направлено немного вниз! А не стоять строго вертикально и бить в стену. Матрас не очень хороший уже. Чайник достался грязный, будто в нем варили лапшу! Мы забронировали достаточно близко к дате заселения поэтому цену 4200₽ за ночь считаю просто неприемлемой для данного отеля
