We booked for our last night just waiting to go to the airport. It was a great surprise that the hotel was fine with the cheap price. It is clean, spacious and have even a balcony.

We had a standard room that was on offer at the time so was an excellent deal price wise. The room was very clean, with all essentials; fridge, kettle, sterilised and covered glasses, cups, soap toothpaste etc. The a/c was quiet and functioned well. The shower was really great with lots of hot water… perhaps I was a little too enthused as I ended up with a pool of water in the bathroom which took a while to drain but all was good. My only concern was the squeaky metal springs under the mattress on the left hand side of the bed … ( which I’m sure they will rectify soon replacing metal springs with wooden under board.) I understand the hotel has recently changed management so they are still in the process of updating. We were in a back room preferring to be away from the road in the front of the building… still a little noisy for manics like me but with bathroom door closed it was much better. Many room had balconies but we went cheap and cheerful. Great value for money.

Room was ok, but there was some mosquito&small flying bugs. Otherwise as one would expect for room cleanliness was fine.

Good hotel is few min walk to the beach. The room is quite big with balcony and comfy.

Great place to stay for a few days. Located 1 km away from Patong beach. The room is for family is a big one on the highest floor.

Friendly staff. Good location. Value for money. I can recommend this place for friends. A lot of restaurants around. Laundries nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. I would definitely recommend it to others.

This place is a nightmare. Motorcycle car and street noise every hour of the day! One small trash can in the bathroom and none in the main room. The bathroom needs to be power blasted clean as it is filthy and there is little light as the main room light is a blue light like you find in a dance club. This place is nearly $50 USD and it is an abomination! The clock on the wall doesn’t work and the air conditioning barely keeps the room above sweltering. If you read this and still book this place you deserve the misery you will endure.

Good hotel Good location Room verry clean

Great place to stay for a few days. Nearby are whale sharks and a cafe. Very friendly staff who are ready to answer all questions and help with everything. I definitely recommend it.
