La Green Hotel and Residence recensioner

Hotellet öppnade en månad innan vårt besök, så det pågår fortfarande ständigt arbete med att färdigställa lokalerna; under dagen är det mycket bullrigt från arbetare. Platsen är olycklig - det finns inga butiker eller restauranger i närheten, och det är också obekvämt att gå till havet. Om fönstren i rummen vetter mot gatan är det mycket bullrigt på natten, fönstren är förmodligen utan ljudisolering. Vi hade precis ett sådant rum, så jag sov knappt på nätterna. Poolen är väldigt smutsig, rester av växter och förpackningsbitar flyter i vattnet. På den positiva sidan skulle jag vilja nämna de mycket läckra frukostarna, utmärkta gymmet och personalen.

Trevligt nytt hotell. Läget var inte så bra för mig, det var lite långt borta. Men om du har egen transport så tycker jag att det är ganska bekvämt. Sammantaget gillade jag allt✨

Hotellet är nytt, allt inuti är perfekt. Frukost är bara eld. Platsen är kontroversiell, men du kan beställa en skyttel (det var trevligt att skytteln är en Tesla-bil)) och den tar dig antingen till stranden eller till en närliggande gata med kaféer och butiker (stranden ligger 15 minuters bilresa bort och shoppinggatan är också) Om du hyr en bil är detta generellt sett ett bra alternativ för en semester. Också nära till flygplatsen

Frukostvariationen är relativt enkel

Nice amenities… didn’t get to explore the hotel much… since travel time to the central area was an hour or more….I really wanted to try the bath in the room but when I tried filling it up with water alot of dirt came out😩 so I changed my mind. But nice room

Came here to stay for the EDC Thailand Festival and the experience I had at the hotel was excellent. Although checking in at the front desk takes a little long, they served us complimentary drinks and cold towels. They also offered to store my luggages since I came there before check-in time. Everyone who assisted me throughout my stay gave outstanding service. The only hiccup was when they cleaned out my table at the breakfast bar while I was picking up some water. My plate and cup were still filled and my personal item was there. They offered a late checkout to make up for it. Room service was also quick and they were very accommodating. The view I had from my room was amazing. It’s from Building A. I had a balcony. The smart tv was nice and the room was big and luxurious. And had a big vanity. Perfect for getting ready for EDC. The glass windows for the bathroom was a nice touch. Will definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Phuket.

We enjoy our stays. Very good and wide selection of food

Overall hotel was only slightly above average, pillows had slight odour. Italian food from the hotel restaurant was not good. Wife ordered risotto which was undercooked and had to be sent back. Was given a room on 6th floor facing the road outside the hotel. Noise from traffic outside woke us up at 7-8am every morning. Kids playroom was great though, had lots of fun play stuff in nice big room.

Good hotel, very good amenity only problem is the noise from construction site

An absolutely amazing hotel, 100% recommend except for the location. It all depends on how you want to spend your vacation; but if you want to do activities or go out at night, it is very inconvenient and far from everything. However, everything else about the resort is just absolutely incredible and stunning, especially at such a reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back here!

I recommend the hotel. Great breakfasts, the number is comfortable, everything is new. A well -groomed territory, very polite staff. I especially want to note the wonderful guy Bom who brought us to the beach, and created us a good mood. Very polite, initiative and responsible. made a very positive impression.

The reason we booked this hotel was because on their website it states that they are close to the airport. That is an untrue statement that they are making on their website. It took over a half hour to get To the airport & they made it sound like they were 10-15 minutes away, which is not a true statement. That was very disappointing. Other than that, the hotel was very nice, food average, the staff was very pleasant,and helpful. They did do an extra charge if you get a taxi from them, versus getting your own taxi, and that would be cheaper so be careful about that. The language barrier is a little difficult. They try very hard but it still is a bit of an issue.

I am impressed about how is beautyfull and clean this place . Better to see in live to the picture ..
