I just had a very bad experience here, I was in a rush for a flight and the checkout took almost 15 minutes. I explained my urgency to the the receptionist (Kit), and I was treated as if I was trying to runaway with their room amenities, like if I was going to steal some towels. Had to wait until they checked my room completely before giving me my deposit.
The way she talked to me was surprisingly and unexpectedly rude. I travel a lot for work and I hardly ever leave bad hotel reviews, but this time was very unsettling and really made me finish this trip on a sad note.
It was my fourth time in this hotel, but after this treatment, it’s going to be my last.
