Sugar Palm Residence recensioner

It is big convenient hotel near to old town Phuket. Environment is greenish silence and peaceful . Rooms are very big and comfortable. Receptionist are kind and helpful. Swimming pool and facility are fine.

My 2nd visit here wasn’t really impressed. A lot of ants and dirty stain.

I like this residence .little far to centre but so silent

nice pool, nice room. But no tooth brush. A bit far from the main area, but still within walk able distance (1~2kkm. Consider the price paid, the room is quite cost-effective. Room cleaningness is OK, can see some ant. Overall good.

Clean but needs some renovation - check in was smooth

The hotel is quit new so this is good. Unfortunately far from transportation. A lot of traffic near so you have to wait a long time for a taxi

Average hotel didn’t like guests next door walking past my window in the morning

Not clean, but big size room Phuket town area. Near don't have 7/11

Great place to stay for a periodic getaway and the low price doesn’t hurt the wallet too! Gym could use a proper bench for bench pressing though. Love the swimming pool. Ambience is quiet enough and there are convenient eateries around. Will definitely return for next stay !

Rooms are clean, cleaning everyday. Very effective AC, but it doesn't seem to use the temperature setting set in it. Pool is very nice and stays in the building's shade in the morning. Gym is small with little options and is hot durin day and AC in the gym wasn't on.(No remote found for it) We had two rooms which was nice. Cabinets look little worn out of lacker or paint. But other than that good location next to park for morning or evening jog. Seems they are renovating the place, which is a good thing. Outside got repaired from small cracks on the cement and got painted over. Small shop downstairs also is useful for amenities and deliveries outside usually come quick. There is also restaurants nearby. There is some space for a rent motorcycles too in the psrking lot.(Rent from elsewhere) Sunsets at the pool are gorgeous. Would visit again.

the location is quite far from down town, but have a local fruit market near by. the room is clean and with a very good outside swimming pool

Room was great so big for stay only couples, nice view but sometimes room have smelly
