Novotel Phuket Resort recensioner

Min familj hade en mycket lycklig vistelse i Novotel Phuket Resort. Deras service överträffar mina förväntningar. På grund av något missförstånd i bokningen fick jag bara ett Deluxe-rum istället för ett Deluxe-rum med havsutsikt som jag tänkt boka. Det fanns inget rum med havsutsikt när jag anländer till hotellet. Hotellet uppgraderade mig till ett familjerum med privat pool för den första natten och uppgraderade mig därefter till ett Deluxe-rum med havsutsikt nästa dag när det var tillgängligt gratis. Jag bokade James Bond Island-resan för min familj via hotellet. Men min yngre pojke skadades på grund av en olycka dagen innan resan. Först hjälpte hotellet mig att skjuta upp resan i 2 dagar och avbröt till slut resan med full återbetalning när min yngre pojke fortfarande mådde dåligt. Khun Tok, L/T-chefen tog till och med hand om min äldre pojke genom att spela bordtennis med honom medan jag tog hand om min sjuka yngre pojke. Dagen när vi checkade ut från hotellet kräktes min äldre pojke på hotellet på grund av maginfluensa. Hotellet tillhandahöll e-postbevis på begäran av reseförsäkringsanspråk. Min familj känner värmen och gästfriheten hos hotellpersonalen. Miljön på hotellet är också mycket bra, med panoramautsikt över havet. Det kommer definitivt att vara mitt första val vid mitt nästa besök.

I highly recommend this hotel. Location is great and there have a lot of restaurants near hotel. Hotel is near the beach. And responsibility is so great. My son broken the cup in hotel room. But we don’t need to pay for that. They didn’t make a change for this. Really appreciate for that. Thanks again and this is a great hotel. But one thing is not good, that is we can hear doors closing sound from next room.Soundproof system is not good. Only that one but other is really nice. Great 👍

Chill place with a nice view of Patong beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Amenities are pretty old but the service is superb. My child particularly loved the swimming pools. They even have kids’ games on weekdays where the kids can get free ice cream vouchers, my daughter enjoyed that as well. Location is a bit far from the hustle and bustle of Patong so walking with a kid may not be so convenient. We ended up renting a motorbike to move around. They have a shuttle to Jungceylon Mall as well. The beach view from my room is amazing and I might come here again on my next trip.

View are really good but the breakfast was a limited option The hotel in a mountain

I found the communication with staff very difficult especially in the lobby bar. I ordered food and was spoken to very abruptly. It was as though the staff actually didn’t want customers coming in. It was really strange

Should have been a great stay, good location, nice pools, good service, even though my neighbors were very noisy.  But I broke one toe on the bed foot in the first morning.  These bed feet are actually very dangerous, exceeding the bed perimeter and with a cutting edge.  I would suggest to change them.  So my stay was ruined. And of course considering the price I paid during Chinese new year I am unhappy…

It is a beautiful property and the spa is absolutely amazing! The manager Kath is very helpful

Hotel and service were good. But there is wrong information that; the hotel doesn’t have their own beach. Also breakfast was not that rich.

Arrived in the hotel room at 8 in the evening to have welcomed by a few mosquitoes in the room, also, the bathroom door lock was damaged and not working. However both the issue were fixed the next day. Great sea view from the room and the breakfast had a good spread. Everything else was good.

Nice hotel n nice breakfast . Is walkable distance to the beach . Service wise need more improvement

Nice experience and comfortable bed, but the hotel amenities are dated.
