The Senses Resort & Pool Villas, PHUKET recensioner

Great hotel and excellent locations Please note it is on a mountain but they provide free budgy service anytime you want to go down or up. Walking distance to the seafood market, bar streets and big shopping mall. Excellent and helpful staff. Great breakfast with lots of options (Love the cold cut and cheese) Room is spacious with a balcony and sea view. Swimming pool is great and big, and water is deep enough to actually have a decent swim. You can rent a motorcycle from the tour counter (300bhat a day) The lady Pat is also very helpful and friendly Will come again!

Enjoyed our stay, great facilities, staff friendly and attentive, location is away from the noise of the centre, but only a 10 minute walk away. Food was ok, was surprised with a happy birthday song from staff and cake at the breakfast table, which was really nice 👌🏼

Housekeeping service is lacking for a 5-star hotel--not exceptionally thorough when vacuuming the room. 

Price was reasonable. A clean hotel. Breakfast buffet has alot of options. Service was good. Swimming pool is of bigger size than average hotels. City view is good from the hotel. 20 to 25 mins walk to oatong beach.

Location is a little far up but there is a tuk tuk that the hotel provides to go to nearest mall/Big C. Since hotel is on top of a mountain, the staff has a golf cart that carry us back and forth up to the hotel. Value for money.

lobby is very hot, no air con, but the service is excellent

This hotel is amazing! we have been here before and we back this year again, still rocking in Patong beach.

Fabulous hotel, very clean, very good food excellent pool and the staff were brilliant, had no problems at all and would highly recommend.

Good size rooms, great view, friendly staff, nice food. Up a hill, yet they offer a tuk tuk ride up. Great pool with view of patong.

Great experience at the villas with private pool, it was clean and I had a great time at this hotel! Walkable distance to night markets, bars and Jungceylon shopping centre! I would definitely come back again!

resort located on a slope but the hotel provides buggy service to take you down the slope good service, staff very helpful room is very big and spacious, bed is comfy bathroom however has bit strange smell of the drainage late checkout till 2pm is provided

The resort was really high up and a buggy was needed to get up and down, not the most convenient and the shuttle bus services were so limited we couldn’t catch any in our 5 days there. The sewage system in the hotel were not the greatest with clogged toilet bowls and strong sewage scents, the pool food services also took more than 30 mins to be served. However, kudos to the hotel staff who always greeted us w huge smiles and tries to troubleshoot quickly.
