Bangtao Beach Chalet Resort

I had a great experience at this Villa. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The location is located within a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are lots of bars restaurants and shops on the same street. I would definitely stay here again.

Just a delightful friendly place from start to finish. Location: Very well, situated amongst shops, restaurants, and bars, and a literally one minute walk onto the beautiful beach of Bangtao. Rooms: Very pleasant rooms, good showers, plenty of free towels, and the two young women who took care of the rooms. Did an excellent job every day. Nothing too much trouble, extra teabags? No problem! Extra soap? No problem, water, no problem. But, without question the best part of the room are the beds , I haven’t slept so well in a bed, even at my home... Supremely, comfortable beds, and lovely pillows. Effective air conditioning, so a light duvet is provided. When I mentioned the beds to reception, and how good they were, she told me that the owner decided to get the best beds possible, so that customers could get a good nights sleep, and hopefully come back! Staff: In keeping with the rest of my very happy comments above, I have to compliment the staff as being some of the most delightful and friendly hotel staff that I have met. As the rooms are limited in number, we very much felt like part of the family. Huge smiles every day tends to make you very happy! Conclusion: Well, located, very comfortable rooms with excellent beds, nice swimming pool and comfortable sunbeds. Exemplary staff who never failed to smile and ask you. How was your day.
