FANTASTIC, I came here once I arrived from the Airport, 5 mn walk, staff and Management are so smily and care about Clients, perfect for solo and couples travelers. I also came back the Last Day once I had finished my trip. So Nice to Chill here oooh yes. MISS YOU already 😊

Brilliant bolt hole near the airport. 10 mins walk. Amazing staff. Quaint and relaxing. Stay every time. Just brilliant.

Location was very awkward in the back of a stinky alleyway at the end of the village road. Strong smell of smoke and **** in dorm as people smoked outside and door was left open. Shower room tiny and in all the days I was there used toiletry containers all over the floor. Had to unclog shower one night as it had so much hair in the drain. Bins were often left over full in toilet and sink bins. Locker was a problem as could not use my own padlock. The key locker kept playing up. And sometimes the locker would open without a key. The room was smaller than a single room. Six beds were in this room when one would fit tightly. Bags and cases everywhere. No space to open cases. Really overpriced for this dorm. Paid less for private room with own bathroom previously. A silly price for the location also as not on a main road

Perfect for travelers, this hostel is just minutes from Phuket International Airport. The standout feature is the amazing swimming pool surrounded by lush greenery, ideal for relaxing after a flight. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great value make it a top choice for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

We stayed here for our last day in Phuket since our flight left very early in the next morning. Therefore, we were looking for an accommodation in proximity to HKT airport, and stumbled upon this incredibly well-rated gem. We were greeted nicely and professionally upon arrival, and guided to our clean, well-prepared room promptly. After a quick dip into the pool, we wanted to rent a scooter from the hotel, which was previously planned and confirmed via WhatsApp. At the reception, we were told that it would not be possible to rent the scooter as wanted, since we couldn’t guarantee to return within reception hours and would leave to early in the morning. This is only a small downside because it was previously communicated otherwise, and we could quickly find another scooter rental closeby.

Beautiful quiet place and super convenient for the airport, easy to exit the terminal and walk directly there in under 10 minutes. Very clean and comfortable, and lots of services. Recommend

Great airport hostel, within walking distance (about 10mins on foot!), Clean, aircon works only from 6pm, there's a swimming pool and option to get food (abt 100-130bahts per meal), there's a beach nearby too! 7-eleven 5 mins away

Great location in walking distance from Phuket airport. Latte check in after 9 p.m. was easily arranged. Tree-lined pool in the middle of the hostel was the highlight. The room was comfy and spacious. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Snug.

Snug as, great place, let the wistful sounds of karaoke drift you off to sleep at a place with great food, staff and services, the beds are nice, and the WiFi is good too.
