Detta är ett nytt lägenhetshotell i Phuket, med moderna och rymliga lägenheter precis som bilderna visar. Hotellet ligger 10 minuters promenad från Kata Beach och Karon Beach, och 25 minuters promenad till Kata Noi Beach.

Hotellet är i form av minilägenheter med kök och sovrum, vi bodde i ett Deluxe + rum, det är som en studio, d.v.s. ingen skiljevägg, från proffsen, ett ganska fräscht och modernt rum, en stor balkong avskild från grannarna, i princip en ätbar frukost med kaffe och frukt, men på menyn, vänlig personal, ett mycket bekvämt läge för oss, det finns var man kan äta och stranden är inte så långt. Från fat, tallrikar, gafflar, skedar och det är allt. Av minusen är ljuset i rummet fruktansvärt, obekväma kuddar, jag sov dåligt, även om tystnaden, de bosätter sig i rummen korrekt.

Vi bokar detta hotell för endast 2 nätter och slutligen spenderar vi här mer än 2 månader. Hotellet ligger i Kata Beach, bara 10 minuters promenad till stranden, och är överlämnande av flera restauranger och bekväma butiker.

Priset är högt, det finns bättre val till samma pris

De är mycket bra skådespelare för att vara välkomnare! Försök att räkna allt i ditt rum, de kommer att fråga dig om glas eller handduk eller något saknas när du checkar ut och de måste betala för det och om inte, kommer de att behandla dig som en polis!!! vi ger dig till polisen! du kan aldrig komma till Thailand! sådana som haha WORSTH MANAGER jag någonsin sett här

Highly recommend If you are travel with your partner, must book the room - one bedroom deluxe with plunge pool, is like a small house with basic kitchen, one bedroom and one plunge room, oh ya with bathtub in the bedroom too! overall are good , just the water in shower room is not strong enough

A Nightmare Stay: Grand in Name Only Our family's dream vacation turned into a horror story on our last night in Phuket. The so-called "Grand VIP Hotel" is anything but grand or VIP-worthy. It's a decrepit, shadowy labyrinth that will make you question your sanity and your travel choices. A Shocking Arrival As we stepped into the lobby, the air of neglect hit us like a wall. Everywhere were dull and grimy, a far cry from the glossy photos that lured us in. We knew instantly we had made a grave mistake. Filth Lurking in Every Corner Imagine your children running through corridors littered with mysterious garbage, or splashing in a pool where used, soggy towels lay forgotten. The elevator hall welcomes you with more rubbish – a grim reminder of the hotel's true nature. The Unseen Horrors If the visible areas are this neglected, one can only shudder at the thought of what lurks in the shadows. The unthinkable filth and potential health hazards for your loved ones. Staff Indifference: The Final Straw When confronted, the staff's nonchalant reaction was perhaps the most chilling aspect. Their blank stares and shrugs spoke volumes – this squalor is their status quo, and your family's comfort is the least of their concerns. A Plea to Fellow Travelers Parents, I implore you: don't subject your children to this travesty. What was meant to be our final, blissful night in paradise became a race to escape. We checked out immediately, unwilling to spend a single moment longer in this deceptive establishment. Save yourselves the anguish, protect your hard-earned money, and preserve your precious family memories. The Grand VIP Hotel is a mirage in the desert of disappointment. Book elsewhere and keep your vacation dreams intact.

Hotel was in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and night market. Breakfast was decent but got busy and we would have to wait for seats, food would sometimes run out. Staff were very helpful and kind, fulfilled all our requests. There are 2 pools for the hotel one on the ground floor and one on the 5th floor with a bar and good view of the sunset. We stayed in the double-storey penthouse and everything worked fine. One of the lights went out and they came to fix it immediately.

Tom was clean, staff was kind, location was good, and restraint in the nearby sister hotel was great!

Positives: • Helpful staff • Very clean hotel • Big rooms (apartment style room made for a much more enjoyable and comfortable trip) • Good AC in room • Good shower (pressure & temperature) • Great pool • Functional gym Negatives: • Views from the room not great (building site and trash) • 3000 baht deposit required on check-in (annoying to have that amount of Thai cash moments before going to the airport on departure) • Wifi - The wifi speed is fantastic. However, a huge problem that caused me endless grief was that the wifi disconnects every time you stop using a device or after about 2 hours of constant usage. As someone who was working from the hotel (online meetings etc), this was a big problem. Especially when on 3 occasions over the week I was there, the wifi code “expired”, meaning I had to call reception to get the new one. During an online business meeting, this was not ideal. Seems completely unnecessary to have this system in place considering the hassle it puts on guests, albeit some more than others. Just have a normal wifi connection? Overall, as a frequent traveler to Phuket - this was probably my favourite hotel that I’ve stayed in for around the $50 per night range.

Flight: I am pleased to say that the flight was excellent. The service was prompt, the staff were courteous, and the overall experience was smooth. Thank you for providing such a pleasant journey. Hotel: Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was not as positive. While I understand that some issues were due to unforeseen weather conditions, there were several significant concerns: Flooding: During our stay, it rained heavily, leading to flooding in the hotel. This made our stay uncomfortable and inconvenient. Room Amenities: Our room did not have a water heater, which was quite inconvenient, especially with children. Accessibility: The lack of a lift was challenging for our family, requiring us to navigate stairs multiple times a day with kids and luggage. Despite these issues, I want to commend the front desk staff, particularly the lady at the reception, who was very attentive and tried her best to make us comfortable under the circumstances. Overall, while the flight met my expectations, the hotel experience fell short due to the conditions we faced. I hope that feedback like this can help improve future stays for other guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
