Naiharn on the Rock Resort Phuket

Wir waren das zweite Mal da. Beim ersten Mal hatten wir einen Bungalow am Berg. War super. Diesmal hatten wir ein Zimmer direkt am Meer. Das Zimmer war nicht besonders gross, aber ausreichend. Die Sicht auf das Meer fabelhaft. Leider hat man die Kühlanlage vom Laden dahinter immer wieder gehört. Haben uns daran gewöhnt… Mit ein paar Abstrichen – war es trotzdem schön. 

This is excellent 3-star accommodation. The commanding view and the proximity to a beautiful beach are the biggest assets but everything was clean and functional. The staff are very accommodating and effective. The food in the nearby restaurant is excellent.

Quite possibly the most basic room I've ever stayed in, and it's far from cheap too. Maybe it's made for solo backpackers, but the Sea View rooms (that we were told are the most expensive) are literally a room with a bed, fridge and TV. No side tables for the bed, no wardrobe, no bathrobes, no toiletries, no flip-flops or beach bag for beach trips like most other hotels are providing. Again, I wouldn't be missing these items if the room wasn't priced so highly. There is a small bathroom, however instead of a shower tray it acts like a wet room, with the shower head positioned above the toilet. Very very basic, and cheaply made. The room overlooks a big rock and the bay, though there's consistently about 4 people fishing from the rock, and right outside our window is an industrially bright spotlight to allow them to see, but most of this light bleeds into the room at night so you won't be sleeping in darkness. The bar/restaurant next door is nice, but that isn't what this review is about. I think this hotel are getting lucky that most of the 5* reviews are about that restaurant and not about the actual rooms. Would not recommend you stay here unless you're really into fishing I guess

The place is a little inside off the main lane - you might catch it accidentally. But when you reach , it has good hospitality & great Thai food at reasonable price . But the view of the place is extraordinary . Must try this one

Very good Thai food and cocktails at great prices. Top spot for an aftenoon drink. We did not stay at the attached budget hotel. This place is very hard to find and is just forward of the Nai Harn Resort. It is not part of the Nai Harn. Well worth the effort if you are close by.
