Ett bra läge nära flygplatsen. Hotellet är perfekt för mig jag älskar det. Poolen är mycket ren och miljön är bra. Jag kommer att bo på samma hotell igen när jag kommer till Phuket.

Hotellet var vackert och nära flygplatsen vilket är bekvämt för turister. Det omgivande området var dock smutsigt och det luktade. Tjänsten var lite dålig eftersom vi hade ett problem med duschavlopp och vi rapporterade det omedelbart men det tog dem en evighet att fixa det, vi var riktigt irriterade. De fixade det efter 3 rapporter till receptionen och 3 samtal. Då hade vi redan gett upp. Annat än att det var vackert och maten var fantastisk. Du måste också betala en deposition på 2000 thb.

Magnifik lägenhet. Det finns allt du behöver. Rent rum. Det finns en lounge på området. Luftkonditionering i sovrummet och på rummet. Stor balkong. Det finns ett barnområde. Stor ren pool och barnpool. Lugnt och fridfullt läge. Vi rekommenderar.

Servicen på hotellet är mycket bra. Jag talar inte kinesiska, men det finns ingen kommunikationsbarriär. Rummet är en servicelägenhet med en stor pool. Hotellet har en bil som kan ta dig till Naiyang Beach. Det är relativt nära stranden.Du kan också låna hotellets cyklar gratis för att åka runt. Det är några minuter från flygplatsen, och hotellet har flygplats hämtning och avlämning, vilket är mycket bekvämt. Vi kom på natten och när vi kom in i hotellkomplexet trodde vi att det var en byggarbetsplats och det var helt mörkt. Det gjorde att när jag vaknade dagen efter var miljön riktigt fin, haha. Vi ordnade vår Similan-resplan och stannade direkt nära flygplatsen, så vi behövde inte gå upp för tidigt. Vi hämtades klockan 7:20, vilket var väldigt trevligt. Sista dagen när jag checkade ut och tog en taxi kunde chauffören inte hitta platsen.Hotellpersonalen hjälpte till att kommunicera med chauffören och var alltid nöjd.

Rent, bekvämt boende nära flygplatsen, tyst, lämpligt för avkoppling. Det finns en elektrisk spis i rummet, men den fungerar inte. Ingen köksutrustning Det ska åtminstone finnas en mikrovågsugn och tallrikar och bestick. Det gick inte att se TV:n i rummet, det fanns ingen signal. Personalen hjälpte till att lösa problemet bra.

Sviten är ren och snygg, gratis upphämtning från flygplatsen, vacker pool, tyst och tyst med få människor! Hotellet har gratis cyklar och ligger mycket nära Naiyang Beach. rekommendera

Faciliteterna och hygienen är mycket genomsnittliga och platsen är svår att hitta. Det är lätt att hitta ingen receptionspersonal på natten.

Very close to the airport, and there are many small local restaurants around the area. You can try them with good price. The food is good anyway. The hotel staff are very nice. They offer good breakfast. There are scheduled services to take you to a near-by beach. Fairly clean. Not so many people. You can enjoy a happy time there.

The hotel located near the airport and nai yang beach. Huge complex with lake and green area. The studio is clean and equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The swimming pool is clean and good for swimming as well. Breakfast is good. The staff is very kind and helpful. Thank you.

We stayed in this hotel many times. Environment is good. A very large hotel. Buffet is good for the price. They change at least few food everyday. Few staff can be rude sometimes. The hotel continues to be inflexible like the last time I stayed.

Nice design of the main lobby. Good gym. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. - Noticed a jumping see through bug on one bed. Suspicious stains on the sheets indicating potential infestation. Droppings. - Dead yellow ants noticed in the beds and a living one in the bathroom. - Rooms are disappointing and though there is a stove, there is no kitchenware. - Rooms are very far from the lobby with restaurant and from the entrance. Though they mentioned the golf cart was available for shuttle transport, there was never anyone at the desk of the B building to request it. Not ideal for elderly or those with mobility issues. - Inattentive personnel. - Swimming pool closed and empty without any prior notice given to guests. A shame when this was the very reason why we booked it. They allegedly said upon questioning that they had given us “alternatives”, however all that we received upon check in was “you cannot use the pool”. - Location: Close to airport (5 minutes drive and 21 minute walk). However the taxis and grabs cost minimum 300 bhat for a 5 minute drive. Free airport shuttle service available from hotel, but they told us that it was not in our booking. You have to request it at least one day in advance, which is not mentioned anywhere. - Disappointing breakfast. Positive was the lovely chef making omelettes. All in all, a disappointing experience for a 5 star hotel. Will not be returning and would not recommend.

Close to airport, free shuttle bus to beach, can kill some time. Nice and clean room, only the pool is under maintainance

Highly recommended. It's so close to the airport, however I didn't hear any planes. The staff are so nice and very helpful. Breakfast was pretty good, dishes changed daily. They have golf carts to ferry you around. Beautiful beach (Nai Yang) just a few mins down the road. I would stay again.

Clean rooms, kind staff, and a peaceful vibe near Naiyang Beach and Phuket Airport. A calm retreat just minutes from the airport—ideal for a quiet stay.
