Craft Resort & Villas, Phuket Town

We stayed in a room by the pool, it was amazing to have the pool accessible from the room. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The resort was clean and well kept. We had a wonderful stay and would book again.

Very clean .. staff exceptionally polite and helpful .. breakfast excellent.. room perfect especially walking from the terrace into the pool.. each room has own private steps to the pool ..

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an excellent experience! The rooms were spotless, and everything felt very clean and well-maintained. One of the best parts was the breakfast—especially the pancakes, which were delicious and a perfect way to start the day. The pool was beautiful, offering a great place to relax. The staff made the stay even better. They were always ready to help and gave great recommendations on places to visit. The free shuttle service to the old town was a big plus, so even though the hotel isn’t right in the center, getting around was super easy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

There is absolutely nothing around the hotel but considering they had shuttle service to old town it was okay. All the cups in our room were not cleaned well with debris and markings. Breakfast had very limited options and quality was just okay. Would not book again.

I can’t say enough great things about my stay at Craft Resort & Villas in Phuket Town. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always went out of their way to ensure my trip was perfect. The villas themselves are stunning—modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with all the comforts you could want. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, and the little details, like the quality linens and nightly turndown service, really made a difference. The private pool in my villa was an absolute highlight—clean, serene, and the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Speaking of relaxation, the resort’s main pool is gorgeous, with plenty of sun loungers and lush greenery surrounding it. It felt like a hidden oasis. The on-site restaurant served some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had—authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented dishes. Their breakfast spread was equally impressive, with everything from local specialties to international favorites. Location-wise, it’s perfect for anyone who wants to experience the charm of Phuket Town. It’s close enough to explore the local markets, street art, and vibrant café scene but tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. What really stood out to me, though, was the level of care and hospitality. The team truly went above and beyond, whether it was helping me book excursions, recommending local spots to visit, or just checking in to make sure everything was to my liking.
