Chic Condo Karon Beach Phuket recensioner

We booked the hotel using ctrip.com just for a couple of nights and honestly this experience staying there and communicating with reception was absolutely terrible. First of all there is nothing was mentioned in the policy on ctrip.com about the cleaning fees and electricity bills which they suddenly let us paid on the check in date,  the manager was talking in very disrespectful way and was rushing us to come to check on as soon as possible, we were just arriving from the airport and I replied several time that we are on the way but they still were rushing us. So, as I understood this hotel tries to cheat foreigners mostly tourist, for just 2 days they charged us electricity 260 BHT which is just impossible for 2 days of stay considering the fact that most of the time we were traveling and come back only late evening. I definitely wouldn’t recommend that suspicious condo and this company. I’ve enclosed their WhatsApp number with their company name so you guys know who you dealing with.

這是酒店公寓，個人的房東的。不推薦不太行 1. 沒有前台的，鑰匙要和代理中介whatsapp聯繫拿 2. 要交3000株按金，給打掃衞生的人！水電煤另算，還要另外付800株房間打掃費用，不是天天打掃衞生的，衹有退房才打掃。真的有點坑 3. 房間是2樓，其實相當於一樓，衞生間下水道反味薰死，不能住。要求換房間也沒有 4. 陽台後面陰暗潮濕，沒有陽光 下次不會再住了！

Отдыхали семьей, 2 взрослых и 2 ребёнка, нам все понравилось. Уборка хорошая, в квартире все необходимое есть) мы остались довольны и на след зиму планируем так же остановиться в этом кондо

удобное местоположение, не очень хорошая уборка при заселении. нет стиральной машины
