overall, it was an average experience—you get what you pay for right. The hotel offers the bare minimum in terms of comfort, but having access to the gym, sauna, swimming pool, and laundry facilities definitely made the stay more manageable. The rooms are cheaply made, and sound insulation is practically nonexistent. Every single noise from the hallway is loud and disruptive, from people talking to doors opening and closing. This made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep, and I woke up exhausted every morning. Another thing you’re only allowed two towels, and you have to bring them downstairs yourself to exchange them. The same goes for any other amenities you need; you have to go down to the front desk to request them. The pool area lacks didnt have soap in the bathrooms. They also do not provide washcloths, so be sure to bring your own. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, the cleaning staff was not as accommodating. When I asked for toilet paper, the cleaning lady was visibly irritated and slightly rude, which was surprising, as I had never encountered a Thai service worker with such a prickly disposition before. On a positive note, I did enjoy being able to watch the sunrise from my room—it was a nice touch. However, the constant noise and lack of sleep made my stay far less enjoyable than I had hoped. If you're looking for a budget stay with basic amenities, this hotel might work, but don't expect much beyond that. Would I stay again? Probably not.

Located next to central mall. Very basic stay. Limited amenities and room condition is worn out. Overall decent for the price

Okei service from the staff. The internet connection was poor. Could have been cleaner. VERY NOISY IN THE NIGHT TIME, wanted to sleep but couldnt because of the other guests were loud and was in the pool. Good location. The hotel looka nice but they do focus on the estetic aspect of the hotel rather than taking care of the guest.

Bad cleanliness

It was great. I have to be booking and the manager was helping to refund the money and take one day but at the end it's all good.

This hotel is located in good location. The room is clean and the staff is friendly.

Great location - walkable distance to Central Phuket Mall. Very near to Phuket old town. Cleanliness can be better. Very basic stuff provided - towel, shower cap, shampoo and shower foam. No bedroom slippers.

Aside from locating in the center of Phuket town, These are the List of things y’all need to think twice before booking this hotel. 1. Bathroom shower drain smell like swer. Remember to keep bathroom door closed or you won’t be able to sleep the whole night. 2. Was told there are water bottles in the room when checking in. SCAM. Be prepared to bring your own. 3. Try to call front desk. Then find out The phone can’t make call out( it only know how to beep). Only for receiving. 4. The next morning, got a wake up call from front desk ,speaking in a very RUDE manner demanded, “ Please! Time to Leave! Get the **** out of the room.” *** is wrong with this front desk girl or whoever you are? Are you Pmsing or what? Who speak like that to customer????? I’m scratching my head the whole time after hearing that. Absolutely bizarre.

Was quiet disappointed as they only supply bath towels and only one per person, no wash clothes and no utility towels as well and if you need a clean one you have to exchange at the front desk for a new one. I turned in three and supposedly their was only 2 be in the room and maid service must of made a mistake and was going to be reprimanded for it. My concern was being charged for the towel out of my security deposit, front desk assured me I wouldn't that the maid service was to blame. Wash clothes was the most stupidest thing I have ever encountered when staying at a hotel, I went to the front desk to ask for one and they replied use the bath towel to wash your face. Very disappointed cause than I had to bring it back for a dry towel, same applied if you went to the pool. I consider this a HUGE inconvenience and intolerant. So I don't recommend staying there just for that reason alone, I know I'll never return. Arrived late around 10:00 nothing in area was open to eat except McDonald's 10 minutes away by car if you had one, had to take shuttle driver from airport 45 minutes drive. Only one convenient thing was the shopping mall was within walking distance. Outside of that bad location and not very safe feeling.

It was a nice hotel indeed, clean and 24hours swimming pool and having a lot of fish and space in the lobby. Relaxing place for the traveler, you may just take 10mins walk to the nearest shopping mall, to get everything.

This hotel is set up right and it’s clean comfortable close to the mall and it was great

hotel have late check in to as late as 8pm at night. complementary breakfast provided at lobby area. much appreciated
