Detta hotell har den bästa servicen jag någonsin har bott i. Du behöver inte göra det själv när du checkar in. Du behöver bara visa ditt pass. Skogen vi bokat är ca 5 minuter från stranden vägen är mycket bra och poolen är också mycket vacker, men det stänger 6:00 på kvällen är lite begränsad, men det är utsökt Alla kommer att säga hej när du tar en taxi, bagaget levereras till bilen vid dörren, två rätter per person, är särskilt utsökt Det är brukligt för kineser att äta, och rätterna är också mycket stora, rekommenderar fräsande nötkött, fisk, grillade räkor, den gratis middagen är så bra. är också väldigt vackert, men vinden och vågorna är lite starka, lämpar sig för att blända vid stranden, jag gillar det här hotellet väldigt mycket, rummet är inte sjaskigt, luftkonditioneringen är kraftfull, nätverket är lite långsamt När du placerar en beställa, kom ihåg att det är närmare restaurangen. This is a nice retreat near the city. The staff are very friendly. Walking out of the hotel you have the Dino park mini golf, a lot of massage shops and restaurants and 5 min walking from the night market and beach.

Very good place to live, the breakfast and dinner had various cuisine and the staffs were super nice, made me feel like home. They can give you comfortable service. Moreover, the environment of this hotel is awesome, liked living in the jungle, very unique experience in Phuket, definitely worth the price.

Great stay. Bungalows are fully surrounded by nature and the beach is in easy walking distance. Food / breakfast is good. Smaller night markets / bar streets are also in walking distance.

Great hotel, super deal with the complementary dinner at red chopstick. The food there is amazing.

This hotel has a lot of potential; however, it’s definitely not up to the standard of a 4-5 star establishment. The staff was incredibly rude, especially the restaurant staff at the Red Chopstick. We were not allowed to take food away from the restaurant, and the breakfast staff was very unprofessional. My wife was sitting sideways with one of her legs up, and a waitress touched her leg to ask her to put it down as if she were a child. This incident happened twice, which was both humiliating and extremely disrespectful. It’s disappointing because we see potential in this hotel—the rooms are simply beautiful. However, the staff lacks manners and absolutely does not know how to cater to their customers, which is not up to a 4-5 star standard. Additionally, the room access is inconvenient; they should have a shuttle service to the rooms. I personally will not be visiting this hotel again. I do hope they take our criticism seriously and make the necessary improvements.

Lovely place tranquil and right on the beach with a lovely restaurant that faces the the rest of the beach too. Really like that the room huts are in a jungle atmosphere. Fortunately it was quite quiet and not too busy when I was there so had a lot of option for sun loungers! I also like how they receive you when you arrive and walk to your taxi when you leave too. Really polite service.

I had a pleasant experience during my stay at Marina Phuket Resort. The location is good,restaurants and bamboo mart near by,10 mins walk to Karon beach and the service staff left a positive impression with their friendly,warm demeanor. Despite the resort being old, it was kept clean during my stay. The breakfast was nice, but lacking in variety. However, we enjoyed the dinner and found the food to be great. Nad (photo no.4)manager of the restaurant was helpful and friendly during our visit.Overall, Marina Phuket Resort provided a satisfactory experience for us,worth the price Don’t go to the Dino Park,it was a waste of money

we've been to this place many times and we do like it very much

This place is a true gem in Phuket, if you don't stay here you will miss alot. The staff are amazing, facilities are fabulous, and pool is fantastic, the best part is the jungle vibe and ofcourse not to forget the amazing massage on the pool. It's the absolute place to relax and disconnect from the busy life. It's very close to Patong and Bangla road and night market.

Marina resort is a paradise if you are a fan of beach and tropical surroundings. Staffs are friendly and service minded. Breakfast is served in Á La Carte but you can order unlimited times, and there’s breathtaking overlook at Karin beach. Pool is also one of the best. Room is not new but well maintained and clean, simply have everything we need. Complimentary dinner is a plus which includes a starter and main course from a variety selection from Thai to western dishes. Overall it’s better than expectations. I only wish to stay longer.

Loved this place! Amazing staff, beautiful room, best view and direct pathway to the beach!

The resort is nice with some bugs here and there. Nothing to be to worried about. However, my wife and I had a week long food poisoning after visiting “Red Chopsticks”.
