+ Fantastisk havsutsikt, fantastisk infinitypool och poolbar. +Långt ifrån bullrigt område, tyst miljö men hotellet erbjuder gratis buss till Bangla och du behöver inte vänta för länge varje gång. Närliggande 7-11 är också gångavstånd cirka 3 minuter. +Rummet är rymligt och sängen är extremt stor, king size-säng, badkar är också trevligt, separat toalett. Fin design är att luftkonditioneringen kommer att stängas av när du öppnar dörren till balkongen. +vänlig och hjälpsam personal

Friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Walking distance to Patong Beach and Bangla Road. Awesome swimming pools.

This was our 2nd time booking with this property ( the last time was 5 years ago ) , and the 2nd time was worst than the first The first time we booked with them 5 years ago, it was during covid period, when understandably staff was few and service was lacking. 5 years later, it seems nothing has changed, and service is absolutely aweful. This will definitely be the last time I stay with this business. We booked a twin bed with seaview. Upon arrival, we were given a single king bed and the view was aweful and blocked by the beach chairs. We called reception, and was greeted by an annoyed staff who claimed we booked a single bed. Then with a voice raise, they asked us to go to receptionist to change keys to another room. On the 2nd night of our stay at 1am where we were already in deep sleep, we were awoken by loud knocks on our door and loud screaming. A drunk next door neighbour were the culprit of this action. Though non of the fault of the hotel, despite us notifying the front desk the next morning and asking them to ask the culprits to leave, there was ZERO follow up from the hotel and the drunks continued to stay with the hotel. If you are looking for a hotel with good facilities but with zero service, this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid it like the plague

We had breakfast as part of the package, everything you could possibly want was therefrom eggs any way you wanted them, pastries, asian foods, fresh fruits and juices.  The meals we ordered through hotel room service were also very good and reasonably well priced.

All the staffs were so nice and helpful, and the view from their hotel was amazing I love the experience there!!

The view from my hotel room was pretty nice. You can see the beach from the balcony. The room is pretty spacious and it is a good location as it close to patong beach.

It’s a good hotel, we have been staying here 2 seasons. There is a little problem with humidity and both times our rooms smelled damp so strongly that it is quite unpleasant.

Generally the basics are there, with comfortable bed, good sized toilet and AC. Though the room seemed a bit old. Breakfast was good too. However, it was grossly overpriced for what I paid for. It could be a peak season, but it was definitely not valued for money, especially given the relatively far assigned room where I had to climb a short flight of stairs, and walked a short distance after the lift. And renting the motorcycle from the hotel was also not encouraged, as the staff was reluctant to process it, due to how busy she was.

Lovely hotel with good service. A little out of the way of the main town but the hotel provides a shuttle bus during the day
