I love hilton. It is as usual really good. The amenties are good. The rooms were good and the breakfast was the best. Only problem i found was the house keeping people dint change the bedsheet and dint clean the cups very well. I found some hairs on towel. The pool was fantastic and clean.

The hotel was nice! The workers of hotel were friendly and even gave small present to my son. The breakfast was tasty. Moreover the hotel provided transfer to the beach and market -very convenient 👍 Will come back next time to this hotel 🙏

Everything was great. The staff was very nice, the room was bright, spacious and clean and the food was delicious. They offer a free shuttle to and from the beach but only a drop off at boat avenue (shopping and food area nearby). My only suggestion would be, add a pick up at boat avenue. Younger guest, as I, don’t mind the walk back but elder guest might appreciate that easy pick up without having to pay for a taxi or grab.

The hotel is heavily tired. It probably was good once it has been built but now it doesn't look as good as shown in the photos. Our first room (1-3 photos) was a disaster. It had a door to the next room and there was a strong kind-of-sigarette smell coming through the door gap. It was impossible to stay there. And it also had hair all over the floor and the dirty spots almost everywhere. I had to ask for another room (4-9 photos). It didn't have that smell and was a little cleaner but not perfect as you can see on the photos. I also disliked both of the rooftop pools despite the fact that I am totally a pool guy and in some hotels I was the only one spending the whole time in a pool. They doesn't look that beautiful in real life with dirty tiles. Anyway the employees are kind and helpfull. The location is perfect if you don't mind walking - it takes 10-15 minutes to reach the beach or 5-10 minutes to reach the shopping area. The breakfast is 8/10 and lacked of plain and simple proteins like sausages in a few days. As a result, don't expect too much from the hotel. Maybe it used to be premium quality but now it's 6/10 at max.

Excellent hotel, booked it last minute due to flight cancelation. Easy check-in and out, very comfy room, delicious breakfast, dinner and cocktails. Nice pool on the rooftop with a great view Highly recommend it!

Clean and spacious rooms. A bit far from beach but there’s a shuttle. 30 minutes from airport so it’s a great place to stay for an early flight the next day.

The general area is good but this hotel is not at the most convenient location. About 15 minutes walk to the beach or 10 minutes to restaurants.

Very good standard and clean hotel about a 10 minute walk to town centre and 10 minute shuttle to the beach. Good but repetitive breakfast and brilliant staff

Pho and shief its very good people, because they interesting sityation how inside hotel, for example question the client has "how are you?", so it is outside they have plan renovation how better quality in live hotel, good luck Pho and shief in their pathof life

I think for a 4 Star hotel it’s ok but a bit pricey. The pool is pretty but the area around the hotel looks very unpleasant. I think non-western hotels in Thailand are most often more affordable, offer better service and attract more bearable guests.
