Villa Sonata Phuket foton

Villorna är i fruktansvärt skick. Helt inkonsekvent med bilderna. Allt är smutsigt och skadat. Personalen är helt inkompetent. När vi kom till vårt rum, när vi bad om att få städa det eller flytta det till ett städat rum, ignorerades vi helt. Jag var tvungen att förlora pengar och vägrade checka in eftersom rummen var olämpliga för boende. Jag rekommenderar inte detta hotell till någon annan.

The location is damn far and it is very under maintain the landscaping.. plus the toilet paper stand has **** stain on it

Will we stayed me and my friend it was a nice experience the pool breakfast 🌺 and the staff were friendly thank you for your hospitality ♥️

The owners of the place are dirty and I do not recommend this place. Also, the Trip app is very bad and bad place.

The bed was uncomfortable. The toilet smelt bed when we requested for a change of room it wasn’t given. They only cleaned the toilet. The water kept clogging at the shower area. A lot of mosquitoes. Had to buy the coil and burnt it so we won’t get bitten. There were a lot of frogs so couldn’t swim at night. The staff was super helpful and really did a good job with the cleaning of the villa.

Booked here for 2 nights for Premium One Bad, Villa was very private and quite, suitable for couple and family. Bed was a bit too old not comfortable but with this special price range is acceptable. Really love the decorations here, Wifi was fast enough to do meeting conferences. Overall recommended!!!!!!

一定要避雷這家別墅，完全不是別墅，毫無私密性，我在曬太陽，工人竟然在我邊上施工。設施設備差，游泳池沒燈，而且都是各種小動物。一二層別墅，上下樓不方便，且洗手間在二層，洗漱上洗手間都在樓上樓下跑，空調也不好使，而且有噪音。3點多的點評分不是沒有道理，900多一晚你可以選其他酒店的

มาพักครั้งนี้ไม่ประทับใจเลย ทำความสะอาดไม่เรียบร้อย โซฟาก็มีรอยเปื้อนเต็มไปหมด ปลอกหมอนก็มีรอยเปื้อนซักไม่ออก ฝารองนั่งชักโครกเก่ามาก เป็นรอยคราบดำ (ควรเปลี่ยนได้แล้ว) และที่สำคัญน้ำไม่ไหล โดนไป 2 รอบ ควรรีบปรับปรุงด่วนๆ เลย
