2人で3200円で宿泊しました。夕方、屋上プールからみるサンセットは最高にキレイでした。 スーパーも飲食店もパトンビーチまでも徒歩圏内です。 部屋もキレイで掃除も行き届いてました。

Pour le prix c’est le meilleur hôtel où je suis allé à patong, c’est bien rénové, moderne, confortable et très propre, le personnel sympathique, la piscine tres agréable avec vu sur l’océan, parfait.

I stayed to NEON hotel at Patong beach last January with my husband and we hade a greate time.The location is perfect and the rooms are very clean.The stuff is very friendly especially Dao!!!For sure we will visit NEON PATONG again next year!!!

I stayed in a lot of hotels during my stay in Thailand and all of them have been excellent. We booked this hotel for 1 night as we had a night flight just to keep our luggage in, a hot shower and to charge our phones etc. We weren’t even staying the night and booked transport for 9:30pm. The hotel seemed to be average for budget. It was clean and the rooftop pool looked nice. However, when we went to check out, the lady at reception ran off for 10 minutes whilst we had a taxi waiting outside hotel. She later returned saying that we had missing towels in the room, claiming that we had took them and we had to pay. This was ridiculous as we had only used 1 and told her that there were only 2 towels in the room upon arrival and assured her that we had not stolen any. This was quickly dropped after we argued back. After this remark, she then went on saying the towels were dirty and we needed to pay for new ones. I don’t know about anyone else, but I’ve never been to a hotel that makes you pay for towels that have been used. If this is the case, put a notice up saying to everyone not to use towels after a shower. Honestly, this hotel is money orientated and seem to try and get you to pay money for anything they can. This certainly seems to be the case after reading previous reviews. This hotel also asks you to pay $1000 deposit in cash whichc we didn’t pay because we didn’t have this sort of cash with us at the time as we were flying home that night and we’re using the hotel for no more that 5 hours. The only reason they didn’t get money out of us was because we hadn’t paid this deposit. I’m glad I didn’t stay the night, as they probably would of charged for dirty bed sheets/pillows as well. Unfortunately this is part of owning and running a hotel. If you do plan on staying at this hotel, then make sure your clean before using the shower and towels.
