Great location. Hotel is nice and cosy. Room is small but clean. Wi-Fi worked well

Location is good, but service is average, receptionist not very friendly, check out strictly at 11am (they even called at 10+ to remind us to check out). There is also no hair dryer and it’s quite noisy at night as we can hear neighbours’ TV and door squeaking noise, room is very small, not enough space for big luggage

Good location, but the room lacks soundproofing. The balcony is not private, and at night, people were sitting outside drinking and playing music. When we stepped out to check, we were shocked to see someone sitting right in front of our room, with no curtains for privacy. From 7:30 to 9:00 AM, there was constant noise from housekeepers dragging chairs, walking loudly, and chatting, making it impossible to sleep in. It was a stay that left us feeling unrested and far from relaxing.

This is a very charming little Hotel? Stay? Guesthouse? It's family owned, and you which makes it so amazing is that it has this charming thing you've seen with your great-/Grandparents. There's Pa and Ma, and of course the son. The furnishing is just great. The rooms are small but that is nothing to worry about. They have complimentary coffee and tea in the little garden with a pound and huge goldfish. I say this with the most respect and being a little fan girl. But this is everything I remember from the older Asian movies from the 70's and 80's. It's just so charming, and amazing!!!! The only thing that confused me was the shower, and that's why it didn't get "full star." That it didn't get warm wasn't the problem, but the showerhead probably needs some attention. I don't know if it's just my room, but yes... It didn't really matter and if I come back, I certainly will book this guesthouse again, and for a few more days. It's worth the stay!!!!! 😀😸 No pictures from the rooms. They're just as shown!

Authentic Boutique which is well renovated from an old Building in town, right at the heart of Phuket Oldtown Walking Street, where the must visit Sunday Night Market located. Many restaurants, bars, survenior shops and photo shooting hot spots are within walking distance.

Good place for anyone who’d like to enjoy on old town place, receptor was a little annoyed

Had a great time here! Decoration is nice, extremely clean, auntie and uncle help me to get an onsite covid test and always nice to help, I definitely recommend to stay here the location is great in the hearth of the old town and few steps to take the bus to and back to airport

No hair dryer in the room, no one in the reception in the night, Water heating with electric for shower Which cable always wet, Air condirioner is on the top of bed Which you can not open it in the night, in the touilet always smell comes from pipes, you can hear if some one walk upstairs while it is Wooden, Also noise comes from outside, there is no safe in the room, Also doors are look like will be open if you push a bit. İt was the worst experience in thailand, hope they Show a bit respect to their Bussiness

Great location and cozy room. Perfect start for our time in Thailand. Hosts were welcoming and everything we needed was provided.
