This hotel is lovely, the staff are so nice, the multiple pools are fantastic and the rooms are spacious and clean. The air conditioning wasn’t working in my room on arrival so they moved me to a new room. This is the perfect hotel for families, groups and couples. I do not recommend it for solo travellers as it is too isolated from other places and it’s more expensive to travel from via taxi as its location (which is lovely) is remote and quiet.

房間整體算舒服的，有陽台，花灑淋浴水流特別大，這點特別好，我形容的是發狂了的花灑，哈哈。衞生清潔到位，乾淨。我自己覺得早餐品類不算豐富，希望有改善。還有一個是前台人員不算熱情，華人少。到也沒覺得歧視的意思，可能和之前有華人禮遇的酒店對比，之前的酒店前台熱情到我們一直給小費，這個沒有想給小費的沖動，但是陪同我們幫我們送近房間的人員我們願意付小費，會一些中文。再其他碰見的人員沒有人會中文。既然你們酒店現在打算做華人生意建議增加中文服務。看之前評論説有免費車去海灘，但是我們到了前台諮詢是需要付費的。用Grab打車方便，從芭東夜市打突突車300泰銖回來。對於房間，泳池，環境，我願意再次入住，但是對於服務我不太願意再次入住。如果喜歡熱鬧的家庭出遊不太推薦，喜歡安靜的度假的英文好的推薦入住。

Супер отель. Все очень чисто и уютно. Жаль нет магазина рядом, но выручала всем известная доставка. Есть небольшая кухня со всем необходимым

我們預訂了三晚，但是我們住了一晚後， 便提早check out了😓 房間很大一陣霉味，前台員工很好，給我們換房 換房後仍然非常臭 連枕頭也很臭，酒店員工再次換給我們 我們最後到big c 買了2個枕頭，除臭噴霧回房間 感覺好了一點，我們便將就睡覺。 到半夜，有好多奇怪的聲音， 水聲，洗手盆咕嚕咕嚕響 我們完全沒有睡過覺 另外，浴室也沒有足夠的熱水 我們洗了一個半冷半暖的涼 整體體驗都很不舒服 如果有靈異體質的人，我更加不推薦 你會感到非常不舒服的 不過員工是很好的👌🏻

저희는 3박을 하고 하루더 쉬다 왔어요~~^^ 직원분들 다 친절하시고 4 개의 수영장을 돌며 다른 분위기를 낼수 있어 좋았어요~~^^

The pillows are fluffiest I ever had. Beddings are white and clean without any bad smells. Towels and napkins are fresh and fragrant. Room floor and other furnitures were tidied up and clean. Kitchen tools were clean and good contidion to use. Bathroom is always dry and cleaned perfectly. Towels were exchanged to fresh one during week. Trash bins were discharged and bottles of water were provided in every day to drink. Overall tiding up room is satisfactory and cleaning service is (name-PLA) is perfect

Great place! Great food! Great service! Espcially housekeeper 'Duang' made us smile with her excellent service!! Awsome place to rest. No loud sounds near at all!! The buy one get one pizza n burger service are awsome too!! Didnt get to swim at the pool because of cleaning but next time i will definitely want to try!! See you guys next time!!

Stayed at this resort for a week with my lady which was her first time in Thailand and the people here were amazing , they take care of you very well and the resort it always well kept with very friendly staff . The location is peaceful just out of the busy Patong town so that is also great with nice beaches within walking distance and beautiful water for swimming . Would recommend as you can be busy or just chill .
