The hotel is relatively old, and there is water near the restaurant. There are a lot of insects and we did not enjoy eating the food. What is special about the hotel is that it has a beautiful photography area.

Lame management - no front desk pick up the phone, no staff staying at check in when check in at night - called didnt pick up Lame service mind - hotel couldnt find booking - reservation staff said cannot track and she will not call the agent Trip.com saying "her job is only to check in customer, not to contact the agent" - amazingly surprise how the hotel able to run for until today with this standard :) worst of the worst experience ever Lame problem solving skill - cannot contact, didnt support, didnt show empathy to solve or check out where or what caused the booking unable to find in "their own hotel system" FUNNY Then customer had to contact Agent by themselves and found out that the booking is ACTIVE. It's hote that is messed up ! No water no drink were served while waiting for them to solve and find out the problem - what the h? Is the hotel owner is thinking .... should train employees better. This is the hotel and we paid for staying at hotel. We didnt ask to stay for free. Rooms were not clean. Some garbage in between the bed and side table lamp. The tub is not clean, the insect was there. Breakfast was not good, food line was little and there is one hour to go until it is over, but the they dont even refill the food. When the guests are still coming down to have breakfast. Too many flies - need better arrangement of the fork and cutlery. Plates and bowls have stai, not a clean wash. I would rate the hotel as 2 stars out of 5 stars if with this management and service mind and quality of the stay. Many more reasonable and worth the price than this hotel. Whoever plans to stay here can do research on google reviews for clearer details and decide somewhere else. We were here at cafe 5 years ago, service was great so we decided to stay here without hesitation, but we were so wrong. Should have checked reviews first then we wouldnt have such nightmare.

The location and the cafe are good, but the hotel has unstable water pressure and also it’s hot and then immediately cold, at the reception we’ve been waiting for 45 min to get the room key, after 2 pm which is check in time.

It’s nice villa and 2 storeys buildings into to Phuket island centre. Good Wi-Fi, very friendly staff! So beautiful Victoria’s lilly lake.

locate in the middle of the island, but the transportation is not that good, nearly all travel agency ask for an extra fare, which cost us 600 baht more. the environment is artificial but natural.

With giant lotus lillies surrounding the entire cafe 🪷IG worthy spot ❤️their food was lovely and quite affordable. They also offer drone photo-taking services too !😍We paid about ¥396 (for 8 pictures & 4 poses) they will airdrop to your phone !Love their Thai massage 💆♀️ . It’s totally worth the visit and you can take as many cute shots as you want.Also there is an accommodation there . Definitely worth recommending ❤️To friends and family.

This is an old hotel, it has its own charm, people come here to take beautiful photos with water lilies. The nearest infrastructure is 700 m away. The breakfasts are not varied, but you can always find something to eat.

Its an “instagram” hotel due to the in-house cafe and giant Lilly pads but honestly the highlight was the actual hotel itself, I wish I had stayed longer. There’s a nostalgic feel to the hotel, I had a poolside room so it was lovely to wake up with a view. The restaurant overlooks the water and can get front row seats of everyone taking their pictures, it’s cute and equally chaotic but if you’re staying the night or at the cafe don’t be shy lean into the hype and get your pictures/videos taken it’s a cute memory!

Overall the stay was so chilling, need to improve the quality of the utilities

Hotel was nice but everything is mostly just for attraction of the tourists. Food is expensive and not really worth it as they don’t have a lot of options and also the portions are really small. If you are passing by just to take photos then that’s only the main part that’s worth about it .

Good location for taking pictures. Its more or less an (artificial) tourist atraction, with high prices, and unfriendy and unflexible reception service. The hotel does not pay much attention to maintain their outdoor pool so we decided to not go swimming as of the questionable water quality. There is no need to visit this place for a second time.
