The room are spacious. The air conditioning in my room is leaking and the staff act quickly and change a room for us.

SAVE YOUR MONEY -- ITS NOT WORTH IT. The property is in a great location and the staff are great. Except they are not taught and cannot speak English and one shift does not talk to the other, leaving this and others customers subject to endless charges and frustrations that do not make it worth it -- at all. Once night comes, staff disappear and at least X 3 per week you will hear fighting btw *********** and guests as one of 100 examples of a terrrbly run hotel with only shift member available. Mult times guests had to wake up to defend the employees. In closing, its a cash grab by a GM who hides and lies, nothing ever gets done, but your money always gets taken. Do not depend on anyone or anything if you are dumb enough to stay here, you are on your own in the mountain, again -- save your money and learn from this pls. I wish you all the best holiday of your lives, its simply not here.

Our credit card was charged from two months ago because we left a negative review -- please -- be aware and be smart, this is a cheap resort who will steal from you, pls take care.

Location is too far from patong beach, breakfast at the hotel is over priced. The WiFi is non existent. Plug point in the room were not working. It’s v far from everything so not really ideal.

I loved this beautiful hotel! It was very peaceful, and the room I had was lovely. The staff couldn't do enough to help me during my time and they were always friendly and kind.

Big room for couple. Near to Patong Beach. Highly recommended.

Quaint resort off the busy Patong beach area, and nice how it overlooks a hill and partly the beach. It's walking distance down the hill to the south tip of Patong, but we took cabs/Bolt rides to and fro Bangla road and other attractions on most days, so be prepared to factor in the cost and time of cab rides. The room was classy and big, and we liked the balcony area! Only downside was that there were mozzies due to small gaps in balcony doors and the floor/ceiling.

定的時候沒有仔細看評論，剛住進來發現這裏太差了才去仔細看了。評論有説在這裏經歷了****，我真想説不像假的。一進來就感受到了該房間中式恐怖的風格，裝修破舊落後，房間內毫無設施，無線網很不穩定，效率極差 衞生也很一般，一些房間氣味難聞，黴菌味重。交通位置不便捷 ，隔音差 ，房門外泳池的水聲永遠在你耳邊回蕩人氣少，酒店的位置在路邊 隨時能聽到任何車輛的轟鳴聲 ，晚上睡覺都會被吵醒。因為臨近旅行回程，想更換便捷一些的酒店，酒店方面毫不理解，屢次耐心溝通提前退房都被商家回絕。在這裏住了一晚上，完全睡不着，怕的睡不着覺，天亮了才微微入睡。第二天想再湊合，但是再次回到這個房間時心理上感覺非常不妙，錢也不要了 ，還有兩晚。我們提前離開了。

設施：房間很大，設施太老舊了，尤其是空調噪音特別大。其他附屬設施也老舊。 衞生：樓道公區過道清潔衞生和泳池清潔衞生都較差。 環境：酒店處在芭東的一個半山上，出行比較不方便，打車反正就是被坑。 服務：酒店前廳服務還挺好的，比較熱情。 花一千多一晚訂的酒店，不是那麼值得和推薦。

酒店如圖所見，處處都很美！酒店的服務人員很好，還幫忙聯繫當地司機幫我租車。但酒店有些舊，房間會有一點味道。衞生也做得不夠仔細，希望可以改進。

不要來！重要的事情先説！不要來！ 環境：酒店年限及其久遠，非常破舊不堪。首先交通就特別不方便，位置在芭東的山上，連塊酒店的大牌都沒有，衹有一片寫着酒店名的小海報貼在路邊，十分難尋找。圖4是走了三分之二路程的樣子，距離酒店還要十萬八千里，周圍衹有黑黢黢的黑而已。木地板不僅破舊，還散發出濃濃的黴潮味。有一個小陽台，放的凳子和桌子像是挖掘出來的物品。十分瘮人！ 設施：酒店不管在哪都沒有電梯，房間衹有三個昏暗的小燈，如果你想充電就無法關燈睡覺，串聯電路設計讓人詫異。洗澡的浴室小到一個成年人站在裏面無法自如轉動，馬桶是手動搖桿想要散架的樣子。有一個小吹風機，你想象不到的小，我甚至第一次看到和手掌一樣大小的吹風機，真的以為是小朋友的玩具。 衞生：特別差！可能因為房間太大黴潮味，他們把床上用品用香精泡過，聞着會偏頭痛。有一個好像剛出土的浴缸，肉眼可見的泥啊！臟兮兮的…門縫特別大，第3個視頻我有拍出來，門縫足以螳螂進房間裏了，嚇人不？還有野峯也縈繞在房間門口等待進房。有個小木衣櫃是他們的mini bar,説實話，看到的時候把我整笑了。 服務：服務就是沒有服務，有個英語極差的女士在前台，放心，她不僅聽不明白英語，也聽不明白人類的語言。因為不僅我溝通不了，攜程的國際工作人員小哥也溝通不成功，我甚至被攜程工作人員同情了。
