DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort

Detta hotell uppdaterade verkligen min förståelse! Jag packade ihop McDonald's och ställde den på bordet i mitt rum på natten. Jag hörde ett prasslande ljud mitt i natten gömde till och med en massa pommes frites bakom soffkuddarna! Efter att ha kontaktat receptionen sa de att de skulle skicka någon att ta itu med det, men en rumsskötare kom med en kvast i handen! Redo att skjuta möss? Eftersom jag skulle till ön för att spela sa jag till hotellet att bearbeta resultaten åt mig innan jag kom tillbaka. När jag kom tillbaka på eftermiddagen sa de till mig att gnagarutrotaren inte skulle komma förrän kl. De bytte rum endast på min starka begäran! Barnen var för rädda för att sova! Jag spenderade tusentals yuan för att bo i ett sådant kvalitetshus. Jag är så oskyldig och oskyldig! Jag kommer inte att nämna andra hälso- och anläggningsproblem! Skicka ut det för att skydda alla från blixtnedslag!

Den engelska accenten i receptionen är lite tjock och jag förstår det inte bra. Miljön är i allmänhet bra massor av löv och blommor i poolen på första våningen. Det finns myggor i hotellrummen. De är alla mycket nära för ett par att leva.

My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort was wonderful. The resort’s location is perfect – just steps from Patong Beach and a short stroll to the vibrant Bangla Road nightlife, yet it manages to feel like a peaceful oasis. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm smiles and the signature DoubleTree cookie, setting the tone for a welcoming experience. Our room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a balcony overlooking one of the beautiful pools. The bed was plush and comfortable, and we slept soundly each night. Speaking of pools, the resort has three gorgeous swimming pools (each with a swim-up bar), so finding a spot to relax was never an issue. We started each day with a lavish breakfast buffet offering Thai and international dishes – everything was fresh and delicious. The on-site dining options were excellent, and a relaxing visit to the spa was a highlight of our stay. Above all, the service was top-notch. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to help – they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket, and I can’t wait to return.

Bed was very uncomfortable as the bed sheets, the King bed was actually two single bed put together, there’s gap in the middle, and the quilt cover was too small and wasn’t soft at all! Bathroom was dirty.

Great location, friendly staff. Tom in the tiki bar was very kind and helpful. The stay was very comfortable. The restaurant food was DELICIOUS. We would stay again.
