When we arrived at the property, we were informed that there were no available rooms. I mentioned that I had booked an AC room for three people with one double bed and one single bed. However, I was told that I could either take a refund or stay in a non-AC room. This was very unprofessional behavior, especially considering the late hour.
The following day, I once again had to request a change of room in accordance with our booking. Unfortunately, we encountered the same issue, with the option of a refund being presented to us once more. After some persistence, we were finally able to secure an AC room with three single beds.
To compound matters, throughout our stay, there was no room cleaning service provided. This entire experience left us feeling disappointed and frustrated, prompting our decision to leave the room two days earlier than planned.
