The Natural Resort recensioner

The Natural Resort is a 3-star property situated approximately a 5-minute walk from Patong Beach. It offers a tropical garden setting with amenities such as seven outdoor swimming pools, a Thai restaurant, and free Wi-Fi in the lobby. Rooms feature air conditioning, cable TV, and balconies. The resort provides free private parking and a 24-hour front desk service.

Staff are no professional. Especially local staffs are can’t speak English well. Even though reception staff are using google translate. Aircon is too noisy so I informed to reception and they came and fixed it. But still noise due to old aircon. If you don’t care about their service, you can stay there. Location is nice and quiet places.

The cleanliness of the resort was excellent—very well maintained and tidy throughout our stay. The location is decent, although not right in the center, so a bit of walking or a short ride is needed to reach the beach and main attractions. Service was average—staff were polite but not always very responsive. Amenities could be better; basic things were available, but nothing special. Overall, it’s a good budget-friendly option for couples who want a quiet stay without too many frills.

Pretty nice location and nice natural resort with good price. Just need to increase aminities and work on cleanliness a bit

The receptionist was impolite, language problem. I booked a junior suite room, the bathroom heater was problem with low pressure of water. Moreover, the phone in the rooms where to communicate to the reception, was not working as well no amenities was provided.

Very Good location, Service average is ok, all staff are friendly and helpful on all requests or needs.
