The resort located by Rawai beach which is really convenient. There’s many cute cat to play with. If you’re a cat person, you’ll be enjoyed. The air condition does not work properly but the staff is very helpful and try to do their best to assist the customer. The thing I really like this resort is that they also provide body pillow that could maximize the sleep experience. The pool is a bit tiny than in the promoted picture and crowded in the afternoon.

The beach always has low tides, so we couldn’t swim. The hotel only offer 1 bottles of water (approximately 500ml) per person per day, and they denied to give us more water.

The staff was absolutely great ! Even at low season they really looked after me ! Beach and pool combo! Excellent meals by chef Charles

This hidden gem was a beautiful surprise! The best staff, spacious rooms and lovely facilities. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the private beach is lovely! Can't wait to go back!

The hotel is amazing and the staff so friendly. We always use that hotel for our honeymooners

Честно говоря отель разочаровал. Самое большое разочарование это пляж. Во время отлива купаться абсолютно невозможно, до другого ближайшего далеко, да и смысл если живешь на первой линии ехать на другой пляж чтобы покупаться. Развлекаловок рядом нет, зато есть вкусное и дешевое кафе. Только нужно перейти через оживленную трассу, там же и небольшой неплохой магазинчик. Номера тоже восторга не вызвали, старые и пыльные! Порадовали рыбки которых кормили кормом из сэвэн элэвэн. В общем больше сюда не приеду!

Мы отдыхали с семьей, за ребенка отдельно оплаты не брали, бассейн глубокий, чистый, очень много растений, но море не купальное, на завтрак несколько вариантов на выбор

Personnel agréable souriant et à l’écoute, l’hôtel est retiré du centre donc rien à faire à pied mais à 5 min de taxi il y a de tout. Très beau séjour

We booked Beachfront Suite based on description on their own website. It clearly states bali bath/ bali style bathroom, there isn't even mention of shower. No pictures either to indicate a shower.... We booked in for 5 nights and it wasn't cheap but as its our honeymoon, we wanted to treat ourselves. We arrived early and knew we had to wait. Restaurant and pool area look nice. Unfortunately, the room is not what we expected. No bali bath, no bali bathroom or even an ordinary tub. Just very old looking shower. Considering room is for 2 people, only one sunbed. I spoke to reception and was advised they are unsure why such description is on the website as these suits may be shower only. Everything else is booked up so we have to stay here. We were offered one night in the room with tub but it means moving there for 1 night and then back in to the same room again. We're currently in the process of working out cancellation and going elsewhere. Definitely not worth the money!

Health program really well adjusted, carefully personalized for everyones needs. Staff really friendly and knowledgeable, always with the smile and ready to help. Would definitely recommend and will probably be back again !! :)..fantastic health and mindfulness experience that i will feel for quite sometime !! K
