Nice Hotel and staffs , small restaurant and coffe shop is very close , close to the beach ,

We didn't have a good experience. This is not a hotel. This is an apartment and a loot of hard things to digest. Please be aware that besides the price that you pay on booking this apartment there is a loot more additional costs when you get there! * You need to pay the service cleaning - 1300 bath. We pay this from start when key was received. This so call cleaning services but cleaning is not made every day, this service payment it's just to enter the apartment. There is no cleaning during staying, there is no towels replacement, no cleaning on apartment, no sheets change, no beach towels. Apartment is not new, not renovated, furniture is old and in poor conditions. * deposit and payments are in bath. other money were not accepted. The worse experience was with bathroom shower - there is only 1 switch. You can't set up the level of cold or warm water. the switch can only set up the water pressure and on left side hot or right side cold but that was more or less the same. There was no flexible shower cap just a fix one on top. I'm sorry that I didn't make photo of this for an explicit view. * you need to pay for electricity - 8 bath/mw (as informed) but this will be a lot if you are using AC, fridge and basic power usage * quite far away to any of the 2 possible beaches and to the more "crowd area" * not so many possibilities on the area (you need to take a scooter or prepare for a big walk) I also admit and appreciate below Facilities during staying at this location: - swimming pool (somehow infinity) - sauna (free with no charge but required appointment) - existence of gym (for basic training ok - free of charge) - possibility to use washing machine (small payment and possibility to use free washing cleaning powder)

The normally good location closed to Surin and not so far from Bang Tao. The really good thing is so closed located to the Top's.

The apartment was overall good specially the location is good, it's very close to two beaches. Just they need to improve on the bathroom drainage system.

Отличные апартаменты, тот случай, когда реальность превосходит ожидания 😄 номер был на 4м этаже с видом на джунгли. Всё кухонные принадлежности, фен, утюг, новый огромный телевизор. На первом этаже есть фитнесс зал и бассейн. Плюс на службе шикарный кот. До Сурина 5 мин пешком. Очень удачно расположены апартаменты, по цене качество все превосходно 👍 советую номер 401

Апартаменты с шикарным расположением, которые находятся в шаговой доступности от пляжа Сурин и Банг Тао. Порадовало быстрое заселение, маркет 24/7 и отличный ресторан рядом с отелем. Рекомендуем к посещению))).

房間整潔乾淨，服務態度和藹可親。我是租車前往，停車方便，車位配比合理。離蘇林海灘很近，方便沙灘遊玩。

Огромный плюс этих апартаментов это расположение, до пляжа Сурин 5-7 минут медленным шагом, рядом дешевое кафе ауди с европейской и тайской кухней и минимаркет топс. Из минусов пора делать ремонт, мебель и сантехника уже устарели. В целом мы довольны этими апартаментами останавливались на три дня.
