Struggled with communication with the staff . They really could be more efficient with communication. Overall good and quiet . Great for relaxing .

Nice complex, quiet at night and charming staff. Cleaning needs to be improved. Jackuzi was never cleaned, as well as the bathroom and toilets (over a 3 day stay, not once cleaned). The air conditioning is new and very pleasant in the evening. Overall, I would recommend this place for the price and service, but a big improvement would be needed for the cleaning part (there are a lot of resorts around and competition). Free shuttle provided to Nai Han beach, museum and local market. Location: 5/5 for peace - 4/5 for proximity to beaches

I just couldn’t get over this hotel! Like literally love the entrance and this was my second hotel , a little more quieter! I checked in a little too early and the room was available, there are some restaurants nearby but i suggest going to the Phuket Old Town which is just 10-15mins away on bike ! The place is just beautiful with forest vibes and different experiences! As a solo traveler it is kind of scary to stay alone but happy i had my neighbours with me hahah .

I had a very pleasant stay here and it really served it's purpose. I wanted someone quiet and away from busy towns and bars, so the location was perfect for me. The room was beautiful, surrounded by greenery. The pool was nice, and the general vibe is good. There's just some small things that could have taken this from a 4 star to a 5 star experience. I arrived an hour before check in and therefore my room wasn't ready, I understood and took myself to a nearby restaurant for an hour. Upon my return the room was still not ready but I could go there whilst they are still cleaning? A little strange. There are no shops, and the hotel l restaurant (which opened on my second day) only serves a handful of dishes, although relatively cheap. I do recommend the wecafe restaurant next door. The room had snacks but you must pay for them. One small plate of fruit was supplied upon arrival. The hotel kept ringing my room about things that were not too important (such as what I wanted for breakfast) it disturbed my peace a little. The villa is pretty open, with no CCTV around and the reception staff go home at 9pm leaving one lone, sometimes asleep, security guard, which doesn't feel all that safe. Regardless of these things, I would definitely stay here again, and I'd recommend it, because the balcony, jacuzzi, pool, and size of the place is really beautiful. I loved the peace and quiet.
