This hotel was an inconvenient stay. There was an inventory list in the room stating that guests would be fined if any items were lost or damaged. However, those items were not present in the room, and even when I requested them at the front desk, they were not provided. For example, these items included a kettle, coffee cups, spoons, and a hairdryer. It was troublesome that I couldn’t have a warm cup of tea or coffee. There is no convenience store nearby. Another issue was the bed. Although I requested a double bed, it was simply two single beds pushed together. Every time I turned over, my back would hit the seam between the beds, which was painful. This hotel needs to improve its services.

Nice hotel. I like this swimming pool with toys for playing And near awesome park. 7/11 not so close And somethimes cross the street here can be dangerous

Hotel isn't new so it looks not as good as photos. We were staying 3 night and our room hasn't been cleaned during all this time. Free bottles of water every day and swimming pool are only great things about this place

tidy, clean and spacious, we booked here one night, reception staffs are kind and helpful also, yet one thing is misunderstanding about breakfast time. One of us just called from the phone in room to check if there's available for breakfast or not bc it's 10.10-15 am already, and she was stumbling but the answer is we can go there until 11 am. So we went around 10.30 and everything is misunderstanding for real, staff talked about us in Thai in front of us, so I can hear it clearly. Please don't do this to guests, it might be our fault about breakfast time, but we checked it and you say yes. If it's a No so we won't go or we will pay for a la cart, just be straightforward it's fine. But thank you to front office staff to help us.

Really good room size and nice hotel for the price. A nice pool and comfortable bed. The location is within walking distance to the centre of town.

Location is a bit off. Without car, not easy to reach downtown and walking street. Next to hotel there is a bar and quite lousy and cannot sleep till 3 am. Turkish restaurant close by and tasty.

Had to wake up every two hours because of mosquitoes for couple nights. Breakfast was so bad, no tea and coffee was so bad. Had to ask front desk to clean the room and empty the trash bins after three nights. Ideal for backpackers and budget travelers…

Room is spacious. A bit far from the town center. About 30 minutes by walk to the night market. The room and toilet are clean. Staff is nice and helpful.

The location is not the best bit far walk to the town but we know that already. The rooms are spacious, the Aircon is nice, the bathroom also big and the shower is nice and hot. The staff was friendly. The swimming pool is a nice touch.

Spacious, Clean and close to a great Halal Restaurant called "Roti Chaofa". Really nice experience.
