Although the price was very low, it was a clean and comfortable hotel. The air conditioner remote control in the room I stayed in was broken and I couldn't change the temperature or turn it off. The temperature was originally set low, so the room was very cold and I had to wear lots of jackets. The person at the front desk said I would call a technician right away, but that was a lie. The technician never came. Also, it was very disappointing that the drain in the bathroom was clogged and the water in the shower only flowed slowly, causing the bathroom to flood. Other than the problems with the air conditioner and bathroom, and the lack of an elevator, the facilities are very good. I had a comfortable stay. It's close to the bus stop for the airport, so it's recommended for a stay before returning home.

The place is quite strategic, near the city center, bus station and 711 is just nearby. Got the room with balcony, it’s big and convenient. Thanks

Good location, good room, good neighborhood; but the management could look into the choice of their front office staffs, not as friendly as how you expect usual Thai would be.

Very clean

Really friendly staff at the reception. The room was so nice and clean. A 7 eleven at 1 minute walking and easy to take public transpor to move around. The only bad thing is they don't have elevator, so not good option for some people.

good experince stay phuket town. just 2 minutes walk from phuket bus terminal 1. very convenient for those catch up bus.

The location is a great point from this hostel, a few minutes from the old town Phuket. When we came for check in, the room was ready around 3.40pm. In general, it was sufficient for the price you pay.

Good location in front of the old bus station. The check in was smooth. The dorm room was spacious and very clean. The shared toilet was also clean.

The room is clean but the air conditioner is old and noisy. Located next to the road, heard some noise.
