Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach recensioner

We enjoyed the food and service. The staff are amazing and the place is beautiful. The beach is mainly for snorkelling, can be used for swimming for an hour or two a day.

This Marriott resort is like small village . They have many attractions and shops inside ! Room , swimming and beach is amazing

Welcome drinks was offered upon arrival to hotel. Hotel staff was friendly and breakfast was definitely worth paying the money. Have a private beach inside hotel so it was clean and not crowded. Will come back for another stay

Was a very nice stay! Wonderful 2 night stay with good hygiene and service

Fantastic!! Truly, we got the swim up room, it was wonderful to swim at anytime you wanted. The room was on the small side. However, customer service helped out with any and all issues that we had. This is definitely a place to visit again. I forgot to add they had free snorkelling gear and also free suba diving. Only 10 metres for non- qualified persons. But overall very impressive I would come back again

My 2 years old kid got infected with HDFD after going to the kids club in this hotel, so obvious there is something wrong with the hygiene in this hotel. The service is definitely not up to what I have paid for, the staff are not attentive especially those who serve at the breakfast restaurant, every morning we have to find our own baby high chair, baby utensils and stuff for ourselves, we went to the breakfast before 7am so it wasn’t even the peak hour yet! The beach and swimming pools were great but other than that the overall experience is quite disappointing.

This is an excellent resort for families . There’s a great range of activities for all ages and lots for people to do . The staff is very friendly and accommodating .

Great Hotel and Facilities. You must wear beach shoes in the sea, snorkeling at high tide is good, the hotel has several sets of equipment that you can sign out. Found a small private restaurant 5/10 minutes walk to the left out of the front door, with a great view towards Patong Beach. Thai and Indian food were both very good.

The hotel is fantastic, modern and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and the beach is beautiful. Coffeehouse prices were reasonable for a 5 star hotel. The only downside is that there is nothing around the hotel but the hotel provides transport to and fro to Patong for 100THB/person at various timings

Very family oriented resort. Lots of kids activities available. Amazing pools and private beach. It’s close to patong beach but quite far from most other locations in Phuket.

Too many people in the breakfast area which was overloaded during the morning; some people did not behave and not wait for the queue; The checkin is not up to 5 star standards; it’s rather a 4-start than 5-star hotel. As a members there were no welcoming set up, which is very disappointing.
