Good location and short walk to the beach. Road next to hotel is noisy, but so is whole Patong area.

Close to the beach, only 5 min walk, with great location as it’s close to a lot of shops. Clean and well maintained, with nice bathroom. Breakfast was good. Underrated hotel in patong beach

This hotel is near all the hustle and bustle of Patong. Good for a short stop but do explore other part of the islands too. + Clean + Spacious room - Pool is a bit outdated - Breakfast is ok

The location is good. Waliking distance to the Pating beach, Malin night market and other shopping centres.. Breakfast wise not much variety for me to eat. But its quite uiet and peaceful. Not nuch of disturbance Overall it is still great for us.

The pool was small and needs to be upgraded, clear water but a lot of dried leaves. The breakfast buffet was just okay. Staff speaks English and 24hrs check in and out available.

This hotel strategic location. The room i booked access direct to the pool. But the not very clean. The bed so hard . But got 7eleven in front of this hotel. Easy to buy anything

Breakfast was excellent with great variety from Western to local foods. The amenities were very nice. Front desk was very helpful in helping us figure out travel options as well as laundry service. My only negative during stay is their wifi is terrible and beds are very firm. Otherwise great stay. Close to all great things Patong beach has to offer.

It is under construction. Still it was nice experience as weather was awesome. Just at walking distance you can find karon beach. I felt going out of hotel is bit difficult as the entrance was sloppy.

Stayed 4 nights. Overall we had positive experience except the front desk staff was claiming 11yr old as adult during check in and asking us to pay extra until I showed booking reference from trips.com. For hotel management, child beyond 8 is considered adult whereas trip.com upto 11 yrs is child. Front desk staff was also asking to show evidence of our booking that shows upto 11 yrs old is child. He then took photo and sent it back to his management. Despite the above misunderstanding , everything went smoothly. Rooms were like 4 star standard except the amenities like tooth brush and paste not provided. Pool was well maintained. Breakfast is good and highly recommended for family stay.

The location is great but unfortunately no maintenance, no rules in the pool, bad customer service and nearly non existent bar and restaurant service. The Hotel is in urgent need of a revamp or just some good maintenance. The Cleaning staff were very friendly. We stayed there twice before and were disappointed to see it deteriorated in such a way. With so many other options in the same price range, we won't be staying there for a forth time.
