非常好！We had a very nice stay of six nights at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean and the facilities were good. The best about this hotel was the amazing staff who were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in convenient walking distance to restaurants and the beach, though there is some incline to walk up which may challenge people with reducing mobility. We will stay in this hotel again when we visit Phuket next time.

This quiet and relaxing hotel is a hidden gem. It’s situated on a hill side so even a low 5th floor rooftop pool is incredible. Amazing view to see sunset without blocking. You can order drinks to sit on the pool to watch sunset. Hotels near the beach are difficult to see sunset because the trees are very tall. Unless you walk towards the beach. All the staffs and are very friendly. Mr Chai the manager is very helpful. A spa in the hotel is super good with reasonable prices. 15 minutes walk to Karon beach but no issue because the hotel provides free transport. Very convenient tuk tuk to hotel from everywhere. Don’t miss the seafood at Chic Ann restaurant. Very good and reasonable prices. Definitely will come to stay.

nice hotel，nice views and nice food and nice services

Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in! Been to Phuket a few times and this is our favorite resort. Great service. Beautiful views Delicious breakfast Awesome facilities and relaxing spa! Good for families, couples, singles, its just so well suited. We stayed in the family room and the studio rooms, all were spacious and wonderful!

Excellent hotel from start to finish. We arrived and it was an excellent check in process. The room was upgraded, very spacious and had excellent amenities (microwave, kitchenette and large fridge freezer) - more than what you expect from a hotel! The fact that the rooftop pool and gym were open 24/7 is one the key plus points of the hotel as it is always good to be able to have a swim late evening which no other hotel during my stay in Thailand was able to offer. They also have a small jacuzzi and steam room ,free to use and open till very late - perfect! The staff were incredible and very helpful - credit to Jose and Jassy who were excellent. The mattress had recently been changed and it was superb, so so comfortable and the best night sleep we had all holiday. I want to say they went above and beyond when we asked our car to be cleaned after day at the beach. The breakfast was slightly disappointing given the luxury of the hotel ; not many choices, even with the a la carte options, it was quite boring after the fourth day. No real change of the menu throughout and no vegetarian options for the hot Thai food. The TV facilities were OK - I can see there was a smart TV with IPTV but the internet commendation was very patchy and we had to restart the box many times as it constantly was freezing. Would still give our stay 9.5/10 - More variety and change in breakfast would make it perfect

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. Everything else is perfect other than the refrigerator was a bit unclean.

Lovely experience. We were upgraded to a nicer room which made everything even more enjoyable. Staff were attentive, prompt and communicated very well. The room was big and nice. We also enjoyed other amenities here such as the rooftop pool and the ping pong table in the gym which made the experience even more fun.

Stuff is really friendly and helpful. The food is good. The rooftop pool with a great view. Timely cleaning.

這個酒店是因為全網口碑都很好，很好奇，加上價格相對實惠就定了，由於酒店小房間少，在攜程衹這一天有兩間房，就先定了一天，還是不同的房型，後來發現另一個平台前一天有房，定的時候也是顯示不同房型，但訂完一間發現另一間定不上沒了，看了兩天房間價格暴漲到接近三千一晚，感覺非常不划算，所以退了，衹保留這一天。事實證明，如果衹是泡酒店，一天也足夠了，因為酒店實在是不大，而且周邊配套都偏遠一點，還有個大坡不好走。但勝在小巧精緻，環境優美，價格實惠，樓頂還有絕美無邊泳池可眺望海景，而且酒店的床墊超級舒服，比在芭東住的喜來登舒服。早餐雖然簡單但很可口，在線點的晚餐價格實惠，也很美味，還可以選擇送到房間或者泳池等地方。酒店內部的按摩據説很好，但沒能體驗。酒店老闆非常好，吃早餐的時候還專門去跟我們每個人打招呼，看到我媽媽坐的椅子放的離桌子遠不舒服還主動幫她挪椅子。總之是很滿意的一家酒店，離海邊步行十分鐘就到了，這邊海灘沙子細白，人也很多。這家酒店很適合年輕人愛每天跳島的，或者愛呆在酒店裡不動就發發呆遊游泳的人，性價比很高。

沒有想象中那麼大，而且前台也是有點對中國人排外 辦理入住的時候，我就説要好的位置，結果安排的時候還是安排在角落裡麪 除了天台風景好一點，其他一般般吧，1000多的價格不是很值得

Номер в отеле понравился очень, он как в замке, весь в камне, интересный интерьер. Обслуживание хорошее, не навязчивое, обильный и многообразный завтрак. Есть трансфер бесплатный с доставкой на пляж и обратно. Но если приходила то обратно пешочком в сопочку минут 10. Но это единственный небольшой минус, остальное все превосходно
